I dont like that the accept free items with mostly Volunteers working and then ask you to donate at the end of your purchase. You should study up on the big rich wealthy wigs that run this shady business and hide behind the word "nonprofit"!! They mark used stained old Kmart, Walmart, and target clothing for the retail price and sometimes more?? I had read in the paper that the previous day a 20 year old single poor mom got arrested and charges pressed against her for "stealing their free items" and when I went in to speak to the manager to pay for the poor mothers NEEDED items she had stolen they said I couldnt pay to get her out of trouble and they are pressing charges. I couldnt believe it! That they would scar a young mothers reputation for life? The fat hogs billion dollar industry isnt enough? They have to take down the poor too? I also do charity work and give poor single moms food, diapers, clothing and whatever they need if I can. Oddly I get LOTS of requests for furniture. Mainly beds so their children dont have to sleep on the floor. I called goodwill and finally got through to the district manager and they said NO WAY would they help. I even called the goodwill where they send stained beds or tables with chairs missing and they said NO WAY THEY WILL NOT HELP! I am saddened and appalled that the goodwill is so CORRUPT!!!

Ridiculous prices. Horrible smell. Went to buy 3 blankets to put in jeep after a muddy day at dog park. At register she said all were marked wrong and jacked up price (more than double) on all 3. Said they had contract with target, which Im sure they do, but these were NOT new items. Stains and pilled from washer/dryer. Holes and visibly faded too. She said customer changed tags. Asked her how does someone do that and she got snippy with me. And she was the MANAGER too. 10/15/16 afternoon.

I dont know why I keep going in there. The place is a mess. Prices are ridiculously high. I could go to Target and get the same thing brand new for the same price. Furniture is priced so high. Why on earth would anyone pay 80.00 for a used dresser? I will not be going to Goodwill anymore. Id rather go to Value Thrift or Savers.

I feel Goodwill is getting too expensive to shop. The high prices are unreasonable for people like me on disability. I used to enjoy going to the Goodwill because I always knew I could find something I could afford. But now its getting to feel like a department store. And anything really nice could only be bought by the rich.

Good options for a lot of stuff, seasonal and non seasonal clothing. Varied areas with a wide range of items and helpful employees. I purchased some very nice dress shirts, skirts, and pants for work for very affordable. There was a good selection for the purposes of cosplay characters as well.

Donation attendant was horrible. I brought in a chair for my grandmother and he refused to take after the fact that he punched a whole through it. Bad customer service and bad employment #GOINGDOWNHILL

It has been fine in the past. Showed up at 9:05 and the door still locked. Stayed until 9:20 and they were still not open. Bad customer service if you dont even follow your own hours.

Their prices have gotten way too high. I saw numerous shirts( from Target), that were donated as still brand new, and marked up for over the original retail price. Ridiculous!

Always something good to find here each time I visit!! Seems less picked through than West Saint Pauls goodwill. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean well maintained store.
