I dont like that the accept free items with mostly Volunteers working and then ask you to donate at the end of your purchase. You should study up on the big rich wealthy wigs that run this shady business and hide behind the word "nonprofit"!! They mark used stained old Kmart, Walmart, and target clothing for the retail price and sometimes more?? I had read in the paper that the previous day a 20 year old single poor mom got arrested and charges pressed against her for "stealing their free items" and when I went in to speak to the manager to pay for the poor mothers NEEDED items she had stolen they said I couldnt pay to get her out of trouble and they are pressing charges. I couldnt believe it! That they would scar a young mothers reputation for life? The fat hogs billion dollar industry isnt enough? They have to take down the poor too? I also do charity work and give poor single moms food, diapers, clothing and whatever they need if I can. Oddly I get LOTS of requests for furniture. Mainly beds so their children dont have to sleep on the floor. I called goodwill and finally got through to the district manager and they said NO WAY would they help. I even called the goodwill where they send stained beds or tables with chairs missing and they said NO WAY THEY WILL NOT HELP! I am saddened and appalled that the goodwill is so CORRUPT!!!

I have noticed the Woodbury location is higher priced for the same brands and quality than many other locations. I have been to many of them the last year. The location has more handwritten prices on the clothing tags with higher prices. I found an Apt 9 used sweater was marked at $14.99 when I found same one different color for $6.99 at the Cottage Grove location. Is there a reason for the wife range of differences for the Woodbury location rather than Bloomington, Maple wood, Cottage Grove and even some out of state locations?

Loved this store. Accidentally forgot my daughters suitcase at home, half the country away. Got a weeks worth of 4T clothes and a nice coat, all in great condition and some name brand, for less than $30 (half off childrens clothes on Tuesday!). Absolutely fantastic and wish I didnt have to go all the way to Minnesota to visit this store.

Ok Im all for a fair price or a bargan. However $20.00 for a pair used of boys boots. I can buy a new pair for $29.99. $7.00 to $12.00 Sure but $20.00 Come on!!! I am done wasting my time with this estableshment, Nor will we bring our used items to this goodwill or any goodwill for that matter. Good By Goodwill......

This goodwill is one I frequent often. The store is somewhat disorganized compared to others around and I feel like their prices on things keep climbing. I do howve realize it is my choice to shop here, and being a lover of thrifting, I am willing to dig for good prices!

Cashier was neither friendly or welcoming; probably too absorbed in her conversation with the other employee about her "drama/dilemma" outside of work. Its a good thing the selection of furniture and other things were much better than various locations Ive been to.

The store almost always reeks of ammonia and I usually cant wait to get out. Its not as overpriced as some of the Goodwills nowadays for the most part. The employees are usually friendly. Ill go back when Im in the area.

Very disappointed, had high expectations for this location. Very small and lacking sections that are in every other Goodwill (example: purses, computer bags) If youre wanting to go Thrifting in Woodbury go to Savers!

So busy it was insane I never would have thought this goodwill would be busy but man was it didnt have a much I was looking for I bought a desk chair for 10$ it ended up being broken but I can still use it for awhile

My husband went and donated and he was treated very poorly. If we are going out of our way to help your business you should not be treating your customers and helpers thats way. Will NOT shop or donate here again.
