My spouse and I have been going here for years. We try to make it a point to catch their classes when we can because they are amazing and incredibly informative. Dan does a great job with his shop and always gets the good small batch stuff. You cant get a lot of what he has at the big stores which is why we love coming here. Its so unique and we are so grateful for all the effort in making the shop so wonderful. Sign up for the wine club - we didnt realize there was one until last year. $35 a month and you pick 2 of the 4 wines to take home. Best part is that you can try them before you choose your bottles. Who else does that? Dolce does! Truly one of a kind place.

An AMAZING specialty wine shop! The staff is extremely friendly and they really enjoy helping you find wines that suite your taste. My friends and I attend their FREE Friday night wine tastings from 5:30-9:00pm. Its not your typical sterile liquor store, they have boutique wines you dont see everywhere at VERY affordable prices. I cant imagine shopping anywhere else. I might be able to get cheap at big chain stores, but I get amazing service and even better wines at this friendly southwest metro wine shop! Oh and I almost forgot, Get on their e-mail list for their nickle coupon specials, always a fantastic deal!

Wine tastings every Friday evening! The staff here want you to discover new wines and do a wonderful job of teaching. My wife and I came as very new to wine, but now we know what we like and are challenged to continue opening up our minds to the delicious flavors they consistently bring. This is the epitome of "small town" Chaska friendly.

Dolce Vita Wine Shop is the neatest little wine shop. I am so glad they have been able to preserve the old train depot! They have a wide assortment of great wines, beers and much more. I would recommend if you want to have a fun night out with friends, go to their wine tasting on Friday evenings from 5-8pm. Check it out!!!

Dolce Vita is a great wine shop with a wide selection of wines and other spirits. I enjoy the personal service and they keep a record of what you buy so that when you come back, if you cant remember what you loved last time, they can tell you! They are always a great wine shopping experience for me!!

Dolce Vita Wine Shop is overall the best wine shop I have visited. The staff is exceptionally friendly; after only a couple of visits they are sure to remember your name. The store also has regular wine tastings as well as in-depth wine classes. Highly recommended.

Great shop with a good mixture of prices and everything is quality. You dont need to spend over $10 for a good bottle of wine and they know that. Great rotating selection of craft beers and one of the only reliable places to get Surly beer in this area

Very nice wine shop. The staff is very helpful, and they have a good selection of wine. You can often get a good deal with their nickel sale (buy one, get the second for 5 cents). Also, be sure to check out their free wine tastings on Friday evenings.

This place is a true Gem of downtown Chaska. I love to cook and all of the friendly employees can and do pick the best wines for my meals. They made my dinners a hit. They truly know there liquor and are very reasonably priced. A must stop.
