I stopped by to get gas earlier this afternoon and paid at the pump. Approximately 40 minutes after leaving, I received a call from the Champlin Police Department. He had told me that I did not pay for my gas and that I owed $50. I used my Company Credit Card and I most definitely paid $36.01. After my reply, the Officer said that he was heading to the station to write the report. Approximately, 10 minutes after, I received another call from the Officer. After reviewing receipts, according to the Officer, he found my receipt/transaction. He assured me that it was a mistake on Super Americas part. My company was called, my manager was called and it created inconveniences with myself, my job and my supervisors. I did not appreciate being accused of gasoline theft. Especially, before finding out the facts. I do not know how Super Americas procedures of gasoline theft works but it made me feel like I was treated unfairly.

I love SuperAmerica and this is my favorite of their locations. ALL SA locations accept competitors coupons, and on Tuesdays they double coupons! Only negative is that their pump readers dont recognize my SA Rewards card (so I have to go in if I want to get the $0.03 cents ($0.10 for Premium) off per gallon). Their card reader at the register recognizes my card just fine--its just their pumps.
