I went there because my low tire pressure light came on and I suspected the only problem is it needed some air. The man checks it and says I need to get it replaced there is a nail in it, a couple seconds later another employee comes by and says to the man examining my tire "you might not need to do, you might just need to do a patch". Which seemed shady to me because why would someone automatically say I need a tire replacement without trying to patch it first? Just seemed like dishonest practices.So I went to another discount tire and two weeks later to another one for them to check my tires because I wanted to get a comparison of what each tire place would tell me and the other two I visited both said the tires just needed a little air and were fine. I feel like this tire place just wanted to make money off of me by selling me tires and the only reason Im giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the one employee seemed to want to patch the tire, while the other one seemed to just want to make money off of me by saying theres a nail in my tire. I still like the discount tire company because I usually have great experiences, this one location just gave me a bad experience.

Way better than Belle Tire in every way. Right when I pull up there is an employee greeting me when I get out of my car. Let him know I just need a tire rotation and didnt buy the tires here. He immediately checks the tread and we go inside. He shows me what the tread is on each tire and shows me on a real tire display what it looks like and the suitability. Im at a 6 on 3 and 5 on 1, says that below 6 is dangerous for the winter but okay for summer. Recommends I may need to get new tires for the winter. They immediately get my car in the Bay, tell me ten minutes and charge me nothing. Put it in context with Belle. You walk in the store and it more of a "what do you want" mentality. Wait time is 45 minutes but you wait an hour for a simple tire rotation. Charge you ten dollars. Tell you nothing about the condition of your tires. I filled out a poor review for Belle and the manager does contact me but makes excuses instead of accepting the criticism and learning from it. In my opinion, Belle has gotten so far from just tires so they dont provide the exceptional service discount can.

I called a few days in advance to check their price to mount and balance 4 tires and if I could have them shipped from TireRack. I was told it would be $16/tire and that they had no problem accepting shipments. That was a couple dollars less than Belle Tire quoted, so I made an appointment and had the tires shipped. Come appointment time, they charged my card the amount Id been quoted, but a few minutes later told me it actually should have been $22/tire for installing a competitors tires. Rather than admitting their mistake and charging what theyd quoted, they insisted that I pay the difference of $24 or pack up my tires and go somewhere else. This place clearly doesnt understand the value of good customer service and Id highly recommend taking your business elsewhere!

Came in to get two new tires mounted on the front, did not happen. They left my bad tires on the front and changed the rear tires. I asked them to change it and mount the new tires on the front, they did not. Sales person proceeded to argue with me about it. Very unhappy with my service. Sat in the waiting area and watched 3 other people come in, buy tires, get tires put on, and leave before me. Waited for an hour and a half. Also, I did not get my old tires back to dispose of myself. I have had good service at this location before. Never again will I be buying tires from this location again.

I went in for a tire rotation and they failed to properly balance my tires and I was getting a vibration. When I went back they said the tires were very out of balance and balanced them. I still have the vibration so when I went back they told me there was something wrong with my suspension I had this inspected and there was nothing wrong. They refused to do replace the tire which is damaged even though I bought their insurance. So Im stuck with the tire that vibrates when I drive that didnt before I got them rotated. Thank you very much, I am sure Bell Tire appreciates it too.

So, I called and scheduled an appointment for 10 a.m. I thought it was 10:30. Showed up at 10:30. Got in there easily and it took 30 minutes to change four tires. The price was significantly cheaper than what Im used to because Im from Chicago. The customer service was great. I heard one man get quoted a price in person which was different from the one he got over the phone. The team that was there apologized and gave him the price he was quoted. overall, I say A+ They also didnt judge me for being HORRIBLE at replacing and maintaining my tires. So thats always good.

Excellent overall service! I booked an appointment online few days earlier for 4 new tires and planned to drive by Ypsilanti on my way to Chicago. I reached on time and although there was a lineup, the manager approached me and generated my work order right away. The tires I booked were available (or made available) as per my online booking. the guys who installed the tires were professional and fast. no tantrums. job done in 15 minutes and I was on my way. Manger did the courtesy chat with me and talked abt other options etc.

This week I had to take my minivan to discount tire for wheel balancing. The moment the person helping me realized I didnt know much about vehicles, they jacked up the cost to $15/tire. Meanwhile I called my husband and realized what happened. When I spoke about this to the other staff there, he changed the cost to $10/tire without any questions, which is what is charged by rest of the tire stores in the neighborhood I would not recommend this place if they can take advantage of me and not be honest to their customers.

Incredibly friendly service... surprisingly so for a typical retail place. They really go out of their way here, and I appreciate that. Great values. Get the tire certificates. Theyre probably the best deal you can find at any tire place. Dont let them upsell you on the type/brand of tires, though. Its retail, and corporate always wants employees to do that, I get it. They get things done quickly, and Im really happy with them and will go back.

I have bought 6 tires from this store in a year. Nothing but problems. They are too busy to take your concerns seriously when you try to go in with an appt or for a tire inflation issue to even deal with your concerns. New tires should not loose 10lbs of air or turn on your tpi! Now, after 2 times going in with concerns I have a flat tire after the car sat for 2 days without adding air and Noone even answers the phone!
