They dont gaurentee any products efficiency. Been going here for 2 years have spent over a grand in products. The new staff has lost me as a customer today forever asince well as my frind whof i refured tof there mutiple times. I tried to return an ulture pure which has a 150% money back guarantee . The heat pad that comes with it didnt work so I couldnt use the product. I just wanted a new one, not even refund, they refused. On further questioning I founded that they dont refund anything they make, you have to personally contact the company that made the product. That means they dont guarantee any of there items.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...HORRIBLE STAFF, THESE PEOPLE DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING, BOUGHT PARTS FOR MY SOURCE ORB VAPE PEN AND THE PIECES DONT FIT...I ASKED FOR MY RECEIPT BEFORE EVEN LEAVING THE STORE JUST IN CASE OF THIS ISSUE AND THEN IM TOLD NO RETURNS, I SAID I DONT WANT IT BEFORE WALKING OUT AND LEAVING THE STORE, AND I WAS PROMISED IT WILL FIT, WELL IT DONT YOU LOW LIFE SCUM MAGGOTS! Dont know what the last guy was talking about, this place is great, huge selections of everything "chill" great prices and super friendly staff that I know works hard to make it a great place for us to shop and I have personally walked in that door at 3 mins to 9 on many different days and never had any issues.

Lovin it, awesome "tobacco" shop. Heh. Sweet selection of all of that good stuff needed for... Well. Smoking that good stuff. Plus clothes and other cool apparel. Hand blown locally made glass pipes.

Considered buying a piece from them, when I walked in the person behind the counter told one of the people I was with that they couldnt come in, so I walked straight back out.
