I, along with a number of other cars, just had to wait almost 10 min in the Drive In lane while the staff dealt with issues in the car in front. Finally.....yes repeat "finally" the staff told the lady she had to come inside the store to help resolve the issue. Seems to me, if a customer in the Drive In lane cant be helped quickly and easily in the simple pick-up / payment process, the staff should ALWAYS tell the customer to come into the store instead of making a line of 7 or eight other customer wait while they sort out an issue at the Drive In window.

This review is specific to the pharmacy portion of Walgreens. They only filled one half of the prescription I picked up. Refused to accept the fact that they might have made a mistake. I had to insist on an inventory count which revealed that they had in fact only filled a portion of the prescription.
