The service there is always fast and courteous. The manager David is great and the owner fay is one of the nicest people I know. the employees are like family. I have gone to many author 7-Elevens that are completely disgusting and filthy. But this store in Redford store 20409 is by far the cleanest store I have ever been in. And the employees and the manager are always working to keep it that way. I will never go to any other store I suggest you go there yourself and look around. This is my opinion sincerely Russell

Pretty standoff-ish. They dont have good interpersonal/ customer service skills. Its like they freeze and cant speak if you walk in and look different than them.
