I had a not so stellar experience with this motel. When I called to book my hotel, I was asked if I wanted a shuttle from the airport and was not told that there was a fee. In fact I did not find out there was a fee until I was dropped off at the hotel and asked for 50$. While I was shocked, I was OK with paying because it is 60$ one way on a taxi. The first room they put me in did not have a latch that worked. When I asked about this, they insisted that I had no reason to feel unsafe despite not being able to lock my door. After some insistence, they put me in another room. This room had thin walls and I could hear talking. The faucet dripped. I turned on the TV to find porn playing and the comforter was torn. I could not find an iron anywhere despite finding the ironing board. The next day, I was told I would be taken back to the airport and was told the total was 100$ , 50$ ONE WAY. If I had been told this from the beginning, I would have rented a car from the airport. As it is I feel ripped off for paying 130$ for 2 nights at a bad motel then for having to pay $100 for a ride to and from the airport. There should have been disclosure from the beginning. I dont know how they are getting good reviews, it was not a pleasant experience for me.

I was more than surprised after spending one night here. I was SHOCKED. I also witnessed unusual comings and goings from one particular room on the first floor. I became suspicious after observing many different ages and genders visinting this room and leaving within a few minutes. The management was of no help whatsoever! Apparently, as allong as they got the moeny for the room, they didnt care what happened in it!!! I would NEVER stay here again, I DIDNT FEEL SAFE.

My family and I stayed at the Parkcrest a few weeks ago. We were in town from Indiana visiting family. This was kinda of an impromptu trip and we were looking to stay somewhere on the cheap. My wife had a fit when she saw the pricing because she thought the place would be a pig stye. Fortunately, she could not have been more wrong. The rooms were very clean and everything was real nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and I think we really got a bang of our buck.

Excellent service and cozy rooms, which were uniquely organized and clean. It is in a very safe and convenient neighborhood, with Mack Avenue right next door with very interesting boutiques. Mr. Srii and his staff were very helpful and I felt taken care of.

I came here for a business trip and I am glad I chose this hotel. They were very accommodating and whatever I needed they were there. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time in the area. I came to visit family, and I must say the Parkcrest Inn was a delightful place to stay. The room was very clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I would stay there again whenever I come back to visit.
