We were denied a sale on a particular pair of shoes because the employee did not change the tags. You would think they would honor it that one time but it wasnt because she didnt have enough time she just said she hasnt got around to it yet. But the employee was busy up front talking and just basically standing around instead of working. Maybe if she would have gotten to that it would have been done from my understanding it was a sale that ended a couple of days ago so it wasnt like it was the same day. Terrible place to go would never recommend it to anybody.

Horrible customer service. My children and I were looking for shoes for each of them for about 30 minutes. Not one time did an employee offer to help up. Selection of sizes was just as bad. We had to go to the check out counter to see if they had other sizes available. All they did was offer to check other locations. They dont keep stock in the back?
