I Just hate shopping at the 24940 Van Born Rd in Dearborn Heights store, every time I’ve stopped at this store to buy something I’ve found the store to be under staff and incompetent, they didn’t know where stuff was on the shelves if you ask for help they just say what you see is what we have or we don’t carry it then I found the part in the store I was looking for and showed them , It takes forever for them to look up a part as if they’re poorly trained, Then it takes forever to check out because the guy screwed up and locked up the cash register, so after 15 minutes I told him forget it I’ll go to another parts store where I was in and out in 5 minutes, The store in Taylor on Telegraph Rd isn’t much better,

Went in to exchange a blinker light that their employee told me was the one for my van, i had to interrupt their convo because 3 of them sat there talking instead of helping me (the only person in the store) and then when i did they said the couldnt exchange the lights the wrongly suggested to me because they arent under warranty....needles to say i will be going to ORileys from now on.

Its convenient for me to go to this location and they usually have what I need in stock, but Im not a fan of the staff. Im either left feeling uncomfortable by a staff member hitting on me or irritated by a rude employee who would rather be anywhere else besides work and shows it. There are a couple decent workers though.

I have had many issues with this place. It always seems that the customer is an inconvenience by walking in. One guy was helping one customer while the other two were at the counter eating their breakfast looking at me. Ill drive a little further to the oreilys from now on.

The staff here like a to talk behind customers backs.....and are more concerned with flirting with another than helping the customer that is unless you are a young thin white girl then good lick getting them to leave you alone

Trans cap fell off during refill, went in to buy a new and they didnt carry it, but guy did spend 30 unsuccessful minutes trying to retrieve the one that fell off.
