Stop&Shops are a hit or a miss. This one is on the verge of a miss. Produce selection is always limited. Seems to be that way at a lot of the S&S. Dont buy the ground meat at any S&S. Dont know why, but there seems to be more amount of "brown" meat in the center than other places I have been. Like Trader Joes or Shaws. Maybe thats a trick the grocery stores use - put older meat that didnt sell in the center wrapped around newer ground meat. Anyways this store is smaller and the Customer service "booth" is hardly manned. A few times I have been here, no one was there. Waited for 10 minutes at one point. In the end I rarely go here unless they have a really good deal on ice cream.

This store really is terrible. The self checkouts are abysmal and the staff are far from helpful. The store is dated and the produce section is poor. If Market Basket ever comes to Shrewsbury, this store will go out of business unless significant improvements are made.

Many times I have bought produce and it spoils within a short amount of days. More than one occasion this has happened. I much prefer other grocery stores in shrewsbury.
