No matter what time of the day I go in this place there is never help available. Have to ask the cashier to page somebody after waiting 15 minutes I go looking again for. They oughta make the reptiles, small animals, and fish Departments self-help departments! After getting out of work at 7 I dont feel like standing around in a pet store. I like to get what I need and get the heck out of there to get home to my kids.

Someone needs to give that girl Rebecca that works with the dogs a raise, every time we walk in the store she has something nice to say and good suggestions, always helping people and making them smile! I love this store so much, every time we go we have good experiences! only thing that i dont like is that someone needs to know how to tell male fish from female fish. So far the best pet store ive ever been to!

Horrible. Literally no one working the floor. Walked around store three times trying to find help and could not. Had cashier call for help and waited and no one ever came. Just walked out. This place needs to schedule appropriate help.

Every reptile I got from here has died Maybe they need To check More Into there Animals its A Ok Place but they Obvisly Have Issues with there animals Either there not friendly or they pass away
