i dont know about what everyone is raving about but this place to me is not so great. yeah i mean its nice to go if you have money its extremley expensive and very high end every store i see in here doesnt look like you would be able to afford unless you won the lottery not much else mid range the rest of the mall. another thing i dont also like is how everythings on 1 floor besides im assuming newer wing beside Nordstrom which to my knowledge i dont think was there years ago because i remember this mall it was never really anything special in the late 90s-early 00s it just started to come around now but the way it has become skip it unless you have money not even the food court is that good alot of mediocre restuarants i think this place could do better if it wasnt so high end thats why the Burlington mall is SO much better ar least there i see things i want here? id much rather look around and leave its also too far to get to from Boston even by car its WAY out there only 15-20 mins from NH nothing really to out of your way for good but dont think its what would expect

The Northshore Mall is a great mall and my favorite walking mall. Plenty of parking and top end stores. On June 3 ,2014, I finished my walk. 11,504 miles in a total of 1,132 days. The only reason I stopped was that I had arthroscopy knee surgery scheduled on June 5. I had the opportunity to set four mall records that Im proud of, they are as follows: 11,504 miles in 1,132 days. Twenty up 33 miles in a single day 191 times. 33 miles in a single day. (started at 8:30am and finished at 9:00pm. and the big one: 617 miles walked in the Northshore Mall in March of 2010. These records have been recorded on my calendars, documented, and verified by the mall staff. I want to thank General Mall Manager Mark D. Whiting and staff for being such a nice host and the gifts I received walking through the blue ribbon. Currently Im in self training at Planet Fitness on their treadmill getting my knee back in shape for the next round for whatever the future brings. It was great memories. I purchased a $30 blouse as a birthday gift, and it turned out that it did not fit. Normally, its no sweat - H&M issues full refund when an item is returned quickly, with tags, in new condition, and with the original receipt, but not this particular store. The sales woman in the H&M store in Beverly, MA insisted that I had to be there in person, with my original plastic card in hand (what if the plastic card has gotten destroyed? it happens) in order to get the refund. My mom returned the blouse with tags and receipt, and asked to have the refund issued either to the original card used for purchase, or to her card. She even would accept mall credit. The sales person did not care, all she wanted was the original plastic card.

The saleslady Sabrina and appliances was nice in helping to decide on obtaining a wash machine of my liking and letting me know I could increase credit line without ruin my credit limit. Unfortunately day of 4th of July mark or Marcus was not helpful in appliances and quoted higher price in washer and when I explained about rep from Missouri in JCP said I had $100 worth in rewards he explained it was less than $10. Fair to say didnt purchase my washer from north shore JCP. But was happy with items I purchased 2 days prior. I would of loved to get washer there but just the same great sales associates overall and quite friendly and helpful to customers

The mall has varies stores I love to shop in. Also they keep the mall really clean and updated I have noticed that the mall is well maintained when I was working part time at a store in the mall. And the mall employees are extremely friendly very attentive met some of the woman who work directly for Simon and i think they are very helpful and polite. The store I was working for was looking to move to another location in the mall and the office administrative assistant was the nicest woman you could hope to deal with as well as the other woman working in the offices behind the desk

Great selection of stores, clean, and friendly. I did the entirety of my belated Christmas shopping here. Yankee Candle was heaven, I just love the array of different candles that they have there! There is also a Think Geek store in there where I was able to get a lot of Pokémon merchandise for a great price. I wear my Litten hoodie, and Pokéball headphones everywhere, courtesy of Think Geek. I think they might be affiliated with Gamestop, in some way, shape, or form. Anyways, great mall, would visit again.

Lex Lutor

This shopping center is really something. They have lots of different stores there. I attempted to fix my phones screen there, but the person in iFix store or something like that, cant do that. I went to Verizon store and there representative was very helpful. The guy first check do I have a coverage for accident and luckily I had a coverage! They have restaurants, but its expensive to have lunch or dinner there. Be careful of persons who trying to sell you any cosmetic products!

All torn apart for yet another renovation. Parking lot a total mess a lot of it missing, a lot of the areas shut off from cars. Came up here on Tuesday, cant imagine what weekends are like. Took away most of reasonable restaurants, (not the expensive ones though), large bathrooms near food court GONE. They have very small dirty bathrooms( 3 stalls for woman). Renovations for "New Mall" opening spring of 2018. 7 or more months of this catastrophe? You have to be kidding.

This mall is enormous. It looks nice and has a lot of great retailers as well as a few great restaurants on site including my new favorite Not Your Average Joes. My disappointment comes with the layout of the mall, half of it feels dead or inconvenient leading you to miss out on something. I cant tell you how many times I went here before I realized there was a Chipotle only to find out you have to walk outside to get to it just to be put off by the rain.

I learned today that the Northshore Mall provided space inside the mall for people gathering signatures to overturn the Transgender Rights laws of the Commonwealth that protect those citizens from discrimination. A citizen who was filming the signature gathering was escorted out by mall security. In my opinion, the mall should be boycotted by anyone who believed in human rights. I will be contacting the anchor stores at the mall individually.

Four stars because it is easy to reach from the major highway (Rte 128), it has good anchor stores (Sears, Nordstrom, Macys, and Pennys), and it has variety and quality in the smaller stores (Apple and Orvis, for example). It also has useful associated stores (The Container Store, Barnes& Noble, Shaws.) also has a PF Chang and Legal Seafoods.

Has everything you need, but also everything you dont. My opinion is dyased because work there, but between the hoards of people coming in from cities all around because its the only mall around that has all the stuff you really want it can get a little congested. Especially because everyone apparently forgets how to walk upon entering.
