I went in to just drop off a package that already had a prepaid label. When I went in the guy behind the counter did not even say he would be right with you. When I simply asked if I could just leave the package since he was in some in depth packing issue, he first did not say anything . I then politely asked again and he said sure if you want in a rude manner. As I was walking out he made a comment. I work in the retail industry too and would never speak they way he did. If the box fit in the drop off collector I would have done that. The way he handled the situation was totally unacceptable. I will never go to this drop off again.

I went here to get something notarized and was told that they couldnt take my license because the person on the license wasnt me. The guy said "Im sorry, sir. I cant take this. The man in this picture is Asian." Im very clearly not Asian. This is literally the only time in my life Ive ever had a problem with my license.
