Awful Customer Service. This was a 2 day process, I never received a call or email from FedEx in Norwood, Ma about a package arriving. Day 1 I received an email from a generic FedEx account that my package had been returned to sender because drop off at the FedEx in Norwood was denied. When I went to the FedEx office in Norwood on Providence Highway they were unaware of who sent me the email and said they do not do that. When I spoke with the first associate Angie she was very helpful and looked up my tracking number. She said that it was delivered to the Norwood location and was held for the 5 business day they are required to hold packages. I told them I never received a call from them. Angie then proceeded to show me the logs of names and numbers of people they called when the packages arrived and my name was not on the log for the day my package arrived. I tried to figure out why I received an email saying it wasnt delivered, they had an electronic record showing my package was delivered and their hand written records showed that it never arrived. The other associate Liz was of no help and told me that she could not refund me because the manager was not in and I would have to come back the following day. Day 2 I get a call from the store manager Andrea that there is nothing she can do, they followed protocol and they would not be able to refund me. I arrived at the store and was greeted by Angie and ignored by Liz. Andrea the manager came over after she was finished on the phone and we went through the whole scenario again and she apologized and said there was nothing she could do. The hand written records I was shown the day before, which she informed me I was not suppose to see, were now "shredded" and everyone at FedEx followed protocol and there was nothing she could do. Andrea said I should have been tracking it online and that they do not always call customers when a package arrives. (I have never heard this before, has anyone had this happen) Andrea was not helpful at all had an attitude and told me that if I had a problem I could file it with the claims department. She gave me the store number, and contact info for the claims department. I called the claims department and spoke with Pam who was extremely helpful and refunded me the money within 5 minutes. She apologized for Andreas ineptitude and asked if there was anything else she could do. Pam was very professional and courteous. To sum it up I will not ship with FedEx again, I went to the USPS and shipped the same package for $5 cheaper. The lack of customer service, the inability to admit any wrong doing, and rudeness of the employees was revolting.

I went to this location and asked for help to find the boxes so I could ship a package. Before I said anything else the woman at the desk seemed to have a defensive and aggressive demenour and was asking what dimensions I needed. Ill admit Im not great with measurements so I told her I was not sure what dimensions but maybe I could see the boxes so I could physically see the sizes. She was still persistent on me showing her dimensions and started talking to me like I was an idiot for not knowing the dementions so long story short I said you know what Im going elsewhere and walked out. Horrible customer service I recommend driving 10 minutes further to the Dedham location.

Very slow service.The middle aged woman who they hire to work here work very slow.I had to wait over 20 minutes in line to pick up a package when there was only about 5 people ahead of me in line.
