Depends on what you need and how much you know about vehicles ! Nowadays most of the people who work at autoparts stores are only there for the paycheck and have limited knowledge about cars and autoparts so if youre counting on the person behind the counter to know everything about your car or strangely enuough even the parts you need ypu have about a 60 %40 %split. On getting the info and alot of times even the correct part you need !! Ive gotten the wrong parts several times but not only from this store pretty much all parts stores Ive gone to ! So do your homework on your vehicle and the parts you need before you go in that way you increase your chances on having a better experience and better chance on getting the correct parts you need !

Nobody said hello. Nobody asked if I needed assistance. I waited at the register for someone to check me out for at least two minutes (while they are standing there talking loudly amongst themselves). Three employees having a loud discussion about diildos, anal sex, and how someone they know is a "retard". The woman checking me out didnt even speak to me, when the transaction was complete she put the receipt on the counter and just walked away. I was the only customer in the store at the time. Definetly the worst customer service Ive ever had. Real classy folks. Im disgusted and will never go back to this auto zone.
