We have been going to this store for years. While I have all the wonderful things to say about the cashier Ladies (always smiling & caring), the new management/ownership does not truly care about their clients. Today was a good day to prove how much they care. While I had a hectic day that started at 6am, I was looking forward to relaxing at 10pm at home with a glass of wine. I always get the same wine there & happened to pull up at the store at 9.58pm (according to my phone). There was still another person at the store & someone at the register. The owner/manger REFUSED to acknowledge me standing behind the glass door. When I pointed that I knew what I wanted, he just pointed at his watch (it wasnt 10pm yet). After todays incident, I have to say: "Good bye, AUSTIN LIQUORS, Im taking my business 1 minute away from you, to bigger selection, better prices & more caring staff--"TOTAL WINES" down the street. Anyone in the area should check them out. Good bye, Austin Liquors

Parrot Bay Welcome to the worst liquor store ever. I went there to buy a couple drinks after a long day. Due to the lack of selection I regrettably settled for a 4 pack of parrot bay. I purchased the 4 pack and strolled to the car where my 4 adult friends (over 21) waited. The out of shape man that rang me up ran outside, out of breath yelling at me to "never come back!!!" I turned and said..."why" he replied "Youre not old enough" he then had the manager get involved yelling at all of my friends and I outside and then we agreed to show our I.D they still told us to never come back or he was calling the Police on us. I said screw it and returned the 4 pack of parrot bay. Worst scummy establishment in Natick! People suck and the rudest uneducated old people I have ever met. I shopped here all the time but will never return! What a joke!

The store owner was exceedingly rude to me and my husband. Were a young interracial couple, asked to purchase an item and the clerk rudely replied "fine." Did not greet us, did not say "thank you" while another gentleman behind us in line was greeted. I will never return there and plan on filling out a review wherever I can. On the other hand, the owners of Natick Wine & Spirits were exceptionally nice people. My husband and I just moved to the area for law school, we conduct ourselves in a courteous manner so we were surprised by how rude Fannons was!

Have gone there multiple time(First Mistake), worst service ever, they practically interrogate you at the register demanding why your buying, I have actually been denied service there because the "woman" at the register "Thought she saw somebody underage in my car.". Overall the entire store is a joke with mediocre selection and rude as can be employees. I would recommend others to avoid this store.

The place is a bit of a dump, but they have a surprisingly good selection of wine at reasonable prices. Its conveniently located across Route 27 from the shopping center on Route 9. Prices have edged up since new ownership.

They always have cold beer in stock. And if you are feeling fancy they have wine. If you feel like forgetting something or making bad decisions, they sell hard liquor too. Stay away from the Tequila, its a doozy.

I will never shop at your store again, I tried to read Metrowest daily news site and their obnoxious pop up ad blocked out my web page, they really think they will attract customers by aggravating them

Great local liquor store conveniently located near intersection of RT 9 and RT 27. Good selection, friendly staff, reasonable prices.
