I drive 15-20 minutes out of my way just to AVOID Busas. Theyre extremely rude, and I refuse to give them my business anymore on principle. They would not sell to me because I was with an old friend from out-of-state who was visiting, and despite both of being use being well of legal age, they wouldnt accept her out of state license, nor sell to me after that fact! I can understand wanting to protect oneself from the liability of underage drinkers, but theyre just ridiculous. The sooner theyre out of business the better.

Visited Busa in East Lexington to purchase several bottles of white wine and to my dismay all were bad. I returned to the store to return only one of the bad bottles which was 3/4 empty and the store clerk accused me of drinking the wine and trying to beat him out of a bottle of wine. Ill never go back, help is rude, service is terrible and the product is undrinkable. Ive never purchased 3 bottles of wine at any store and all of them were bad.... Merchandise is old and not well cared for. Bye Bye Busa!

I went in with both my passport AND my liquor ID and they said they would not sell to me because I did not have a drivers license. I went back out to the car and got my husband, who had a drivers license, and they would not sell to him because he was with me, and I only had a liquor ID! We are both CLEARLY above the age of 40, nevermind 21. They are obnoxious just for the purpose of being obnoxious -- DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I am from out of town and through their website looked up their hours. I arrived 15 minutes before 10pm (no exaggeration) and they just locked the doors and refused to even acknowledge me. Thanks A Holes... I could have gone somewhere else, on my next visit I will.

My experience here was very good... they have a good selection, the staff were friendly, and they even offered to help carry my boxes across the street to where I was parked. Also they have the mini kegs that fit in my kegerator :)

Convenient with a friendly staff & low prices.only complaint is with their recycle machines.still one of the few good things in Lexington.
