Dippin Dontus on Central Street in Leominster, MA is okay, the food and coffee are awesome, the service is good but the weekday morning girls are a bit shady and a bit lazy. I recently became a customer for Dippin Donuts as I am a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts, I basically wanted to try something different, so Ive been visiting this location for about 2 weeks as their coffee is good and their sugar donuts are awesome! (My favorite) Everytime I make my morning visits, they dont have any sugar donuts and those girls tell me to come back tomorrow morning (this had happen 9 out of 10 times). I would visit this location on the same day, a couple of hours later and the ladies in the afternoon shift will make some sugar donuts for me and they are much more friendly, honest and hard working. I visit Dippin Donuts this afternoon (11/15/2011) and ordered some sugar donuts that they made for me but when I got home and opened the box, the donuts were very cold, hard and old!!!! It was not fresh and normal temp). So overall, its not bad because of the food but I havent had very much luck there. :(

They pretty much just stole my money. I asked if they just had eggwhites only, they said yes, made a sandwich with extra things added. The picture outside you cannot see amount of herbs in the eggwhites. I asked them why it looked like that, and "I only wanted egg-whites." They wouldnt make me another sandwhich unless I paid twice to eat one sandwich. Everyone inside was shocked that they asked me to pay again. Horrible service, selfish manager, awful workers, awful attitude. They just lost a good handful of customers. Oh yeah, and the rude young girls (in the daytime shift) , I Believe this makes two complaints about them. she was yelling three cars back in the drive through lane to a guy, asking him what he wanted before the people parked in line waiting before him. No he wasnt a cop.. Very strange escort-type vibe from that location.

Watched the employee move all high end pastry with her untied back hair ! I wouldnt touch any of it! Other employees had hair tied back , would purchase from them but still thinking of first experience of hair every where

I love dippin donuts! Great coffee and great food! The staff here is very nice and Im super happy whenever I come to this location.
