Wow! What great service here- my daughter found a great top on sale, but the wrong size. The super friendly sales associate took the time to call around, found the top in the right size in Hingham, and they mailed it to our home within 2 days. Love this store, their products, and how helpful the staff is every time we visit the store.

Honestly I really like Lululemon clothing and typically I shop at the one at the Natick Collection. I happened to be at Legacy Place so I dropped into the store to check it out. Not one sales rep working said hi to me or even acknowledged I was in the store. Needless to say I will only be shopping at the Natick location from now on.

I love this store. The sales people are so nice and helpful. I even had a pair of pants hemmed to the length I chose and later I decided that I wanted them shorter. They hemmed them for the second time and didnt even charge me.

I totally agree with one other reviewer! I been to a lot of different Lululemon store in Boston/Mass. This is store have the most poor customer service I ever been to.
