I attempt to come here to grab a quick lunch once in a while. Lets just say this is the most incompetent staff Ive ever encountered in a S&S. Deli consistently doesnt stock its sandwiches and if youre lucky you get one a couple days old. Every time you try and scan a sale item on the self checkout (with your card) its a 50/50 chance it rings in correctly. If it doesnt its exceedingly difficult to get the attention of the customer service woman right next to the self checkout. Shes the older one with glasses who is always too preoccupied with her phone to give a crap about helping people. When you mention the multitude of issues to management they act concerned then quickly blow you off. Never have these issues at the other S&S locations near my house. Avoid this location like the plague.

Customer service in self service was awesome, he helped me through everything even though it wasnt to be until being called. The citizen bank is a shity place to bank with. Customer service treats you like you were nothing, good thing I switch to TD bank. I believe that stop and shop should change his banking partners because I will no longer shop there.

I hate this store. Very unhelpful staff and some of their products are inferior. Like for instance I bought my mom an amaryllis bulb here. It didnt bloom! Boo! I think they need a new manager with a better attitude. The MB in Billerica is much better and cheaper.

Drearier than other Stop & Shop locations. Parking lot driving can be aggressive and occasionally even menacing. On the plus side, the prices are consistent with others in the chain, so youre likely to get what you came for.

Pretty good; but the Chelmsford or Woburn MA Stop & Shops still beats this location overall any day. Do keep in mind the prices are higher here than those locations as well.
