The people there are so genuine, friendly and helpful! They go out of their way to help you find exactly what you need, so you dont have to quess, go home, find out that you were wrong and have to make another trip back! Every time I check out, they offer to carry my things to my car. They remember your name and greet you when you enter. Chuck, the Manager, is very knowledgeable about what they have in stock. If its not in stock, rarely, he quickly goes online and finds it for you. He also has assembled a really exceptional group of employees, who work together harmoniously and efficiently. Also, they have an easy reward system. After you buy a certain dollar amount, (I forget exactly how much, but its not very much), you get a coupon for $5.00 off your next order. You dont even need to have the coupon on you to use it. They will look it up and you can use it that day! There are many may I help yous and smiles. Also, a little humor to put you at ease, especially if youre not exactly sure what you need or what something is called. Its refreshing to go into a store like this one! If you are looking for the usual, not being greeted when you enter, not even being acknowledged, no eye contact, no one that knows anything about the products they sell, how many they have or if they have them, not being offered assistance, and teenagers more interested in the latest gossip and their cellphones, than the customer. Well, then this isnt the store for you, because you wont find any of that here! Refreshing and rare!

This place is good for an emergency pickup of a household item...thats it. They are frequently out of stock of items Selection is small and poor Customer service is mediocre at best (Especially over the phone, i was literally told once by an older female associate to call back later we are too busy to respond to calls) Most places would fire people for that. This stores manager actually DEFENDED the practice. Prices are varying depending on the item,tools are a bit on the high side. Rarely do i enter this location anymore unless im in a last minute bind.
