This is the WORST CVS IN WALDORF! They tell you 30 minutes, you come back an hour later and they tell you its not filled yet that they got behind on prescriptions. EVERYTIME!! Then they tell you "you can pick up at 4:30 on Friday it will be ready" on Thursday and you go in on Friday and the prescriptions are still not ready!! Save yourself the trouble and do not go there. Also, if you go through the drive thru they let people sit in their cars and wait. I sat behind a cat for 18 minutes! 18 minutes!!! I timed it because the place is such a joke

Came to pick up a prescription at 8:10 am on Saturday morning after checking website information as follows: CVS Pharmacy - Photo 3061 Technology Pl Waldorf, MD 20601 Monday 8:00 am – 10:00 pm Tuesday 8:00 am – 10:00 pm Wednesday 8:00 am – 10:00 pm Thursday 8:00 am – 10:00 pm Friday 8:00 am – 10:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am – 10:00 pm Sunday 8:00 am – 10:00 pm Pharmacy was closed and a sign on the pharmacy says they open at 9:00 am on Saturday. CVS needs to do a better job of keeping information on the internet current.

They had a ton of tickets out for the CVS brand Claritin but did not have any in stock. In order to get the lower price on the name brand Claritin I had to get a CVS card but they couldnt sign me up for the card at the pharmacy. This was extremely inconvenient because you can only purchase the medicine at the pharmacy. Very annoying experience wouldnt recommend going here.

Do not bother with this pharmacy. Worst CVS, i have ever been too. They are rude and doesnt matter if a doctor calls in a prescription 4 hours earlier they make you wait as though you are dropping it off. Told me doctor didnt call and had me call the doctor who said they did, while they found it in the voicemails that werent answered and email not checked.

I spoke to 2 different reps over the phone, they told me that they will call around to see if another CVS had my sons prescription in stock...it wasnt until I drove to the pharmacy that they called to check around for my sons prescription. I was livid. They were standing around laughing and playing!

My first time here, dropped off my prescription the day before and said I will pick it up when you open tomorrow morning at 9am. They could not find me in the system. Waited over 15 minutes for them to get it right.....THE WORST! FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE

This is the worst CVS in Southern MD. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous and the staff are useless. On a plus side this is a relatively new place so it clean and neat on the inside. The exterior is kept up as well.

Dropped off prescriptions at 3:30pm. They had my 83 year old mother, with pneumonia, wait SIX HOURS to fill her order. I found her at 9:30pm in their lobby, still waiting, on the verge of tears.
