So, yesterday morning, 7am or so, I was in the Rite Aid picking up some baby supplies. I found what I needed and checked out no problem. I went to my car and my car battery wouldnt turn over the engine. Meanwhile, a Rite Aid employee pulled in next to me and went into the store to start her shift. I quickly went in after her, but she was no where to be found. I went to the register in the empty store and asked another employee if we could page that employee to give me a jump. She happily obliged, and paged the employee. Other employees heard my issue and really wanted to help me out. Unfortunately, the store manager said that his employees were not allowed to help me because they were on the clock, and that he "is trying to run a business." When employees cant spare 5 minutes to help patrons with real life issues after they just contributed to the business because the manager says no, there is something wrong. I will now go to the CVS down the street.

Both the pharmacy and store staff are awesome!!.... for the most part. There is pharmacist named Connie who is extremely rude. Do all you can to avoid her!! The two store managers are great, they are always on the floor looking for someone to help.

Service is really bad,first on my call guy just simply hang up on me,after several attempt a got somebody on line,after when I came to pick up my madicine ,I fased same neglekt ,been waiting at at pick up,my madisan was not ready
