I have been shopping at this store ever since it opened at its old location in Towson, MD. about 40 years ago. It is top notch in my book. They have a wide variety of healthy foods, supplements, books and other products, and a wonderful staff to assist. It is small in comparison to some of the other health food stores, but the prices are still reasonable. As the previous reviewer stated, if they dont have what you want they know where to get it. In many cases they will order it for you to pick up at a later date. I send all of my friends and family there and they love it too.

I love their huge selection of loose herbs. Theyre not as huge as Whole Foods, so they dont have everything under the sun, but I have been pleasantly surprised they carry some obscure things I cant find at Whole Foods, for example coconut flour. Some of the clerks are VERY knowledgeable, while some are pothead broom pushers, so if you call/visit and get a young cannabis-influenced salesclerk, ask for someone more knowledgeable to help you out.

Great selection of organic/vegan food, bulk nuts, herbs and health products. They have homeopathic medicine, tinctures, and the nice lady is super knowledgeable and eager to help. They frequently have fresh locally grown produce as well.

Best damned herb shop on the East Coast. They have over 400 loose herbs and the staff knows how to use them all. You dont find store like this anymore, it is like walking backwards through time and seeing a much simpler world.
