When I call the CVS pharmacy, I literally wait for no less than 18 minutes for someone to answer the phone call. Not even a pick up to ask if I can continue to wait on hold. I have to hear the same music over and over again. When I visit the pharmacy, Im lucky to get waited on within 10 minutes. If Ive put in multiple prescription orders, why do they need to tell me (when I go to pick up) that my order isnt ready and that one of the meds is not in stock? Could they not call me to tell me that my order is not completely ready? The pharmacy service is absolutely terrible - For as busy as they are, they need to really get it together. I know that the Target CVS in Aberdeen is a bit further, but it may be worth my time and effort with less stress dealing with this store. It seems that the prices are cheaper as well. The front of the store cashiers.... well they rock, otherwise, my star rating would be 1/2 a star....

I agree with the other reviewers who said the pharmacy is awful. We use the drive thru to pick up my grandmas prescription, and theres always a problem. They leave you waiting there for over 5 mins, and dont even have the courtesy to say well be with you shortly or sorry for the wait. Weve had to pull off because the wait was too long and they seemed like they couldve cared less. What a shame. I guess going to the store for other supplies is ok, but dont use this place for prescriptions.

Plain and simple the service here is AWFUL!!! They can look up my families history here and see how many prescriptions we have had filled here and there service is AWFUL!!! Whats so sad the competition is not much better.

The store is usually empty. You have to wait for a cashier to see you are ready to pay due to them stocking. However, the cashier has always been friendly.
