A man can insult to a woman in presence of wfm personnel and left the store and come back anytime. Everybody was indiferent in the incident where repeatly a man insulted me bc he thought that I had skipped him from the express checkout line. I was called for a cashier and also there were about 3 cashiers available and only the rude man and I waiting in line so there was not reason to be aggressive and ofend using bad words. I ll never come back to this store. Unacceptable to allow a customer be verbally aggressive to other in such unrespectful way. I m not saying that wfm should act as police but at least let him know if he does not calm down they will call the store manager. Nobody said anything. This man was extremely angry and his face showed so much hate and I was afraid about my integrity and my husband and daughters 2 and 4yo in the dining area waiting for me, didnt see anything otherwise the incident might have escalated in some way.

Since when does wfm hires sodomites that follows men around and comment on their bodies. Their were five of them two from the meat department, the others work in the isle stocking items on the self, all of which are african-americans and one was Hispanic that work in the produce . People who is hired by a company should be working that is what the company is paying you for to work ,not to follow customers commenting on their body or how much food is in their kart. The store manager needs to train their employees or hire people who conduct themselves better in public on ethics and moral public behavior. I also have been heard alot that some of the male employee only work there to pick rich customer to support them, i am not saying that is true i have just heard it from two people who use to go there. I hope a wfm can open up one in germantown or i will just shop at kroger grocery stores or some other organic store.

Although I like WF stores in general, I feel the quality of some items has slightly gone down over time. In particular their bread selection sometimes isnt as fresh as Id like it to be (for the price they charge). Also, their food and salad bar could use some new recipes (at least once in a while). It often is the exact same thing almost everyday. On cold winter days it is literally frigid inside (I was sitting down eating with gloves and 4 layers on, and I was still shivering in their store). I understand that they try to cut costs, but one would think they could bump up the heat just a bit so people could at least comfortably eat the food they bought. Their pizza is generally great and the 2 for 1 pizza deal is nice. Their produce section is quite great.

Been a customer since 2003. The store has progressively gotten worse in 13 years. Team Leadership do not respond to emails, vary in policies/procedures, and do not follow through on promises. After messing up so many orders and this past one had zero compensation but a promise to do better and get it right the next time, they withdrew previous promises and we are taking that business elsewhere. Their final response after i said that to them was "we appreciate your business." Consistently have had problems with same four departments, including our wedding cake in 2014. There are so many other locations, smaller and larger, that are run better, have and keep items in-stock, reply to emails, and fulfill orders properly.

Best hot bar I have ever been to at a Whole Foods. Served amazing prepared foods from around the world. We happened to buy a moroccan stew that was out of this world. On our way out of town we stopped by again and bought some brown rice and put the moroccan stew over it. We took that to the airport (as opposed to eating airport food) and it was great. We are not typically brown rice and vegetable eaters. When I came back to Los Angeles, I went to Whole Foods here and they didnt have it. So, I called Gaithersburg and spoke to a great guy named Jonathan, and he patiently ran through the ingredients so that I could make this at home. I cant think of better customer service than that! Thank you Jonathan!

The Kentlands Whole Foods is one of my favorite supermarkets with spacious parking, super friendly staff and helpful customer service. Items are always fully stocked and I can count on produce and meat being fresh. I wasnt sure how much better it would be after its remodel but somehow a reconfiguration added more to the selection. Its bulk section expanded to include more sprouted options which I appreciate and they now sell items I had to special order before. My only real complaint and the reason I cant give them five stars is the have little to no pasture-raised poultry and for the life of me, please stop using canola oil and soy in your salad bar and prepared counter foods!!

I have tried the hot food at least ten times, always hoping that something different will taste better. The one time I liked what I got, was when I got a salad. Its unfortunate. The items that look weird usually taste like combination of hot sauce, bbq sauce, and cranberries. Everything else is either bland or under-salted. Additionally, the vegetables can be wilted and the fish tough. I remember getting some couscous that tasted the way I would think dog food does. Finally, the hot bread is chewy and the cakes are dry. Given that a plate of food costs around 16 dollars total, Id expect better.

They have very a decent customer service so far. Ive been shoping in this store for more than 12 years, and noticed a very negative trend. Service in different departments get worse. Those who have good customers skills leaving the store. In exchange inexperienced, and even rude personnel taking their places. This happened in fish department, which is supposed to be the most profitable, but sure not now. The same happened with baking department as well. The image of sales person who attract with smile, and knowledgeable about product ready to please the customer almost disappeared.

Fruits and vegetables from their organic or traditional growers are the freshest of any grocery store. Many of their items are imported because they either arent grown here, or the growing season has ended. The staffs were very kind and I was greeted by most staffs when I walked by them. Somehow, they manage to check out people quickly, which is great. For a quick lunch: There is an excellent bakery and a salad bar. For dinner, they have a deli counter as well as fully prepared entrees and soups which I am less pleased with.

I have shopped at Whole Foods for 10 years . I buy 95% of our groceries there week in and week out. You will not get better customer service from any other grocery store. Check out is always quick and friendly no matter how busy they are. I have had numerous health problems over the last 10 years and when I need help doing my grocery shopping they are always more than happy to find someone to help me no matter how what time of the day it is or how busy they are!

This is, by far, the worst Whole Foods Ive been to. The only thing it has going for it, is that its one of the few that offers a hot bar. The staff Ive encountered appear short-tempered and unwilling to help. Most importantly, they rarely have chocolate chewies! When they do, they are not, in fact, chewy at all. Theyre more crumbly. And theyre called chewies, so I feel its perfectly reasonable to be less than satisfied with chocolate crumblies.
