This Kmart never has enough cashiers. There are times when there are only two cashiers and the lines are 10 people long. I look over at the customer service desk and their are three people standing there just talking. Their are time when I a cart full of items and just left it there and went to a different store that had better customer service. I also have went to return an item and I am the second person in line and what should be less then i five minute wait turns into a 20 minute wait. While I wait there would be work walking up to the desk asking the only person at customer service for thing making my wait time any longer. Another experience is that there are times when there is only on customer service associate working and there is like 8 people in there line. I am at another check out and their is a item that need to be priced checked. The cashier can not leave the register, so i end up waiting for the person at customer service to finish with the eight people to come and do a price check. I end up telling the cashier to forget about the item or i walk back and do a price check on my own. I have worked in retail and never have i seen an under staff store. At least they should cross train every employee so when the store is busy they are able to accommodate for the amount of people in line.

I went to Kmart today for on August 2, 2017, only to find out that its closing down (and even the nearby Payless is closing down) for good on September 17, 2017, as I had good memories here from my childhood from the toys my parents used to buy for me annually and Christmas too, to getting my Backlash mountain bike, to getting my fishing pool, shoes, clothes, having my photo taken inside by professional photographers, and much more. I still remember when there was a pizza restaurant inside it (I cant remember the name exactly, but I think it mightve been Lil Ceasers), thats how old I am (I was born in 1998) and it seems just like last week when I ate the said delicious pizza sold there. But Im going to miss it for nostalgia sake, I really will. :( I hope this Kmart store gets replaced with something like a gym, or restaurant(s), or even apartments because it would sound like a great alternative to the gigantic floor space this Kmart has for probably 2+ entities it could be fulfilled with properly.

I havent been to Kmart in 15 years and its like I never left. Only went because I saw a mail ad for a chest of drawers on sale. The price was cheap and when I saw the display model in the store I realized that the quality was cheap. Didnt by it. Props to the store for having it on display and saving me from a bad purchase. They had some nice dinning chairs that ship easily in boxes and require assembly that I would consider buying. Clothing selection was not great. I looked a womens and boys clothes. The music playing at the store was a fantastic selection of 90s hits that we never thought wed hear again. Mambo #5. Jellyhead. They are all there on the Kmart loudspeaker waiting for you to listen. A time capsule of music awaits at your local store!

I try to use a Kmart gift card and the cash register declines the card and says "CALL CENTER." Of course the store employees, especially the manager(?) Bintah Bah, do practically nothing. I had to use my own phone to eventually get through to Sears/Kmart corporate, who said that, oh yeah, they are having some computer problems and had some solutions for other stores calling in. Sears/Kmart corporate was shocked, absolutely shocked, that the employees at this Kmart store were completely unaware of their job responsibilities and customer service.

This store shouldnt even get one star. The service is HORRIBLE. I had to go on a search for someone to help me after one employee said shed be right back to help and never showed up or called for help. All I needed was a key to get a little ink cartridge. If you are not willing to help a customer then dont lock the product up! I wouldve gladly taken it off the shelf myself and been in and out in 5 minutes instead of waiting around for half an hour before someone finally showed up.

I like that this store is always clean. It looks dingy inside, but it is clean. Everything is in its place. The only I dont like is the fact that they only have two cashiers at any given time. Which means longer wait times. Although, they are not usually that busy. I guess that would be the reason for the two cashiers only. I do prefer them to the other Mart.

Kentlands KMart has NO PHARMACY but does have a decent "Lawn & Garden" dept. Overall this store is clean and stocked with 80%-90% of what you could ever want or need from a KMart. I give them a "-B" (3/5 Stars) - KMart needs to be more competitive with their Kentllands neighbours, specifically: Giant, Lowes & Whole Foods.

Have shopped there for over 15 years.......Home appliances are really great, and also a grateful place for picking up kitchen knick knacks...........This store is well kept, extremely clean and easy access to each aisle............Christmas time, KMart has great gifts, with a large selection to choose from!!!

Very great telephone help from Kelly, she searched the store for an online item I could not find. Angie was just as great, went to her manager to make sure I got my order before I left the state the same day I placed it online! Very helpful and courteous. Thanks Kelly and Angie!

Had no clue they shut this place down. Figured it would happen sooner rather than later. The aisles in electronics were getting smaller and smaller. Ive been shopping at this Kmart for YEARS! Going to be weird not seeing Kmart in this shopping center

This Kmart is fairly well stocked and has been remodeled sometime in the past few years unlike most Kmarts. They also have a decent grocery section and as far as I could tell none of the products were expired. Pretty decent considering its a Kmart.

Typically only do in-store pickups. The service is surprisingly slow compared to other stores, and they once had to go back to look for my package multiple times, resulting in me waiting for an hour or so.

Service is okay, but everything there seems really low priced, and so the products are pretty low quality, but hey, that might be me. But other than that, the store is clean and the staff are friendly.

Waiting for the day when they shut down Kmart. The prices are high enough that its more worthwhile to go to the Target in Crown. Every time weve gone to this store its been a depressing experience.

Wow is been a while since I been to a kmart this is a very clean and well stocked place im going to come here instead of walmart from now on is way less busy.
