I really used to like this place until my 1999 Nissan pathfinder wouldnt start I did the obvious an checked for spark and fuel I could hear the fuel pump turning on I was getting pretty strong spark from the #1 cylinder and the starter was working so I had it towed to these guys I thought they were trust worthy... First they said it was the fuel sending unit then it was the fuel pump which was more than I was quoted... The truck still would not start then after a week the owner Seth calls an say that it was the spark plugs all along In his words the spark plugs were not changed in over 10 years ( I changed the plugs an gaped them to OEM spec less than 10,000 miles ago an have documented service records along with oil changes every 3,000 miles) an he had to clean the throttle body and intake manifold because of it being so gummed up an dirty (I do the throttle body and intake service along with the oil change every 3,000 miles) an if its due to bad gas then I guess I should not get there gas anymore either when 80% of the gas I get comes from them... I picked up the truck from them and started it up to warm up the motor while I signed the paperwork the second I pulled off the lot the truck was hesitating very badly would not accelerate above 30 mph didnt want to shift gears the truck was rabbit hopping all over like the first time someone drove a stick shift an its an automatic... VERY VERY UPSETTING AND DISSAPOINTED I FEEL LIKE I JUST GOT ROBBED AT CHRISTMAS TIME!!!

We live across Rt. 40 & have used them over the years for gas & inspections. Our 2000 Lexus convertible would not start (possible battery issue). Instead of having it towed to our usual mechanics in Elkridge, we decided to give them a shot. Very pleased-had the car back within a day, and turned out that it was a main fuse that blew. Very reasonable & unexpected price (They could have told us it was some costly repair- new battery, etc.; & we would not have know the difference!) Seth is in now in charge & told me that they just purchased new diagnostic equipment. Eddie, the previous head mechanic for years, has left. He was a great guy but think he may have been overwhelmed at times. Getting ready to take another car over for some strange rattle so will see how it goes!

Always pleasant to work with. Good, honest people who are always going to be straightforward with you and let you know exactly what is going on with your car. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Im fairy young and I often have felt that other shops try to take advantage of me based on what they see. This shop always offers full explanations of everything that needs to be done for my car for great prices. I own a 2004 Toyota that they have helped keep on the road for many years.

Manager Seth will smile and lie to your face to make as much money as possible. He is not a mechanic and has no idea how to run a shop. He often overcharges when he is unsure, and will make up issues. All the loyal customers that used to come here FOR YEARS avoid it now. They will also tell you how they kept coming back to pay for unresolved issues and overall, not to trust this SCAM ARTIST.

Reading prior Google reviews, I was hesitant taking my car there. But I did anyways, and am thankful I did. I had problems with my alternator, as well as with my steering fluid. Both issues got resolved quickly. The quote on getting my alternator fixed was very reasonable. I enjoyed the demeanor of the mechanics there, and especially appreciate the young man who oversees the jobs.

The guys at this Sunoco, especially Seth, are knowledgable, helpful and kind. Weve had all sorts of unexpected issues with a hand-me-down car and they were quickly responsive, not only doing great work at a price less than others in the area, but pointing us in other directions for other fairly priced services. Theyll be working on all of our cars moving forward.

Very bad service. Promised to balance tires in a day, and it took the whole week. One week without my car. They did other work on the car and were supposed to do the balancing too but missed it. Once they got paid for the other stuff, they just kept pushing the balancing out to work on other peoples cars. Money talks. WONT GO BACK THERE, EVER!!!

I have taken many cars here for service since I started driving. Eddie took care of us for years and now Seth is taking over. Free air also in the parking lot. Honest work done at a fair price.

This used to be a great place to get you car serviced with guys you could trust. Not anymore. We were over charged and treated like we didnt matter.
