Im a regular at this sheetz and the last time I went there the woman with brown hair and glasses middle aged [pretty sure she is the manager] was in a sour mood. I did take into consideration she may of been having a terrible day. However I tried to ask her a question and she completely ignored me and I know she heard me. Looked me dead in the face with a scowl and just told me $13.50, my question had nothing to do with how much everything cost... i just wanted to use my sheetz card and ask about points. I know i havent pissed her off or provoked her in any way in previous incounters... and its not that o want her to get in trouble, i just want to make this lady aware of how off putting she was being and unprofessional her attitude was. Even my roommate when he came home said he deal with some her attitude when he stopped at sheetz. But beyond this incident customer service here has never really been a issue. I do have a suggestion to your sub makers however, can you guys please try and stuff the meat and other ingredients into the sandwhichs? It would make eating the sandwhichs much neater. Thank you.

Not actually 24 hours, I went there at 0245ish and the doors were locked and the lights at the pumps were off. Other than that though theyre pretty good.

Never had a problem. Staff is very nice and helpful. Wish their fridges were cooler. Have had times were soda is not chilled enough.

Love the name of the place. Great fountain drinks and easy to use gas pumps. Lots of room around pumps.
