After contacting Panera, i have not had anyone contact me. My experience: I would like to share my experience that I had at Panera. I go to Panera often. My wife and I are huge fans. I went today and was informed that the french onion soup is no longer available wich was a bummer as it was my favorite. I ordered something else for myself. My wife enjoyes the chipotle chicken which we learned was also no longer available. The staff recomended something else. My wife was not a fan at all. I tried it and it does not taste like it is up to paneras standards. Needless to say the standards at Panera have seemed to drop. Secondly, not through the fault of Panera, the staff were yelling and screatching at each other while I was waiting for my order. I understand that this is not Panera but the staff was carrying on as if there was no manager around. Panera has always been a place that I enjoyed going to to enjoy a meal with my family or to pick up a soup when one of us was sick. Due to the standards continously dropping and the staff showing less of an effort and dropping the ball, Panera is showing more potential of being a fast food place and not a place to go relax and enjoy your meal.

Ive always been a fan of Panera. The pastries are wonderful, the bread is delicious, and the bread bowls are definitely among my favorite meals in the world. The atmosphere is always comforting: the cool colors of the walls, the clean bathrooms, and the general feeling that you can touch things around you without having to fear for you life. Just recently, however, I ordered a caramel latte. After years of working in various coffee shops, Ive become rather picky with my coffee and espresso. Ive never been much of a drinker, but its nice to try things once in a while. On a whim, I ordered the latte, and after trying it, realized that it was by far the best thing anyone could put in a cup. Panera, dont you ever change.

Not vegetarian friendly. Asked for a salad without meat. Seems simple enough a request. Comes out with chicken. I tell an employee that I asked for no meat and ask for them to remake it. They bring back a seemingly chickenless salad. Start eating it. Halfway through I find a piece of chicken. I paid $12 for this meal. You can afford to remake a salad. If someone asks for no meat it should be understood that they do not want to eat something that touched meat.

I love this place and I dont say that lightly. Im not a fan of crowds so I usually choose Rapid Pickup. Today I didnt check my order before I left and they left some items out, which was disappointing. I called the manager and he took care of it right away. He was so polite and apologetic that I felt bad for complaining. The people are always so pleasant there, and the food is so much better than greasy fast food. This Panera will keep my business.

I love Panera, been coming here over the last 6 years thanks to a good friend of my years back. They prepared the food with ease and grace. You never see the managers getting frustrated with their employees. At the most you see them is pull one associate aside and talked to them quitely and it back to business. The broccoli cheddar soup is my all time favorite!!!!!

Spent more than 6 hours in here today - purchased breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With the exception of a couple of employees that had friends in today (loud), the day was good, I got a lot of work done. I would say, however, that the management needs to retrain the young people because this is a place of business, not courtship nor employee livingroom.

Ive eaten here many times and never had a bad meal. This is probably the best chain restaurant for category of "more than fast food, but less than a formal sit down restaurant". Many healthy menu items, always fresh and has the best bagels and baked goods in the area. Also vey fast efficient service. You cant go wrong with Panera.

Standard Panera experience. I wouldnt rate this location any better or any worse than any other Panera location Ive visited, so you know what youre getting. Food is good but never great. The online ordering and pick-up has been a life saver numerous times.

Soup was warm, not hot. Salad only had two pieces of chicken on it. Not real happy today with food. Usually chicken salad has lots of chicken. First time getting soup. Also French onion soup is supposed to have melted cheese on it and not cheese sprinkles

Fresh, delicious food. I particularly like the soup of the day. The "You Pick Two" option is perfect for a little of both, without getting too full. Seasonal Napa Chicken Salad sandwich has grapes in it. Delicious!

Im not all that crazy about most of the choices, but I do love a good pastry, cup of coffee and a place to enjoy them. I find Panera to be a great meeting place because of the atmosphere and central location.

Your generic Panera menu. Only vegetarian/salad option in town. Like most Paneras you do have WiFi leechers who use this place to do their business or homework, but staff is friendly and fast. Clean environs

I love the fresh menu. The service staff are very helpful when Im trying to find a GF, DF option. The kitchen staff could present the food a little better, they tend to slop it into the bowls a little.

Great food and a great atmosphere. The menu has changed slightly to accommodate for a preservative free food selection. Because of this some the foods I like were removed from the menu.

Always busy and sometimes hard to find a seat - but typical Panera fare. The fireplace in the middle has an anemic flame ad not really inviting.
