Lots of our retirement income goes to the Walmart in Murray, KY. It is a fairly typical Walmart and the staff is friendly and helpful and the shelves are well stocked. It appears to be well managed and they are very customer oriented. The building is a little dated in spite of the remodeling. The new Walmart format for buildings should be considered at Murray, Mayfield and Benton. (check out the beautiful Walmart building in Janesville, Wisconsin). This would greatly enhance their image. Also, with Interstate 69 coming through, these stores may want to consider moving to a location closer to 69

I ask an associate that was walking by for help with the carpet cleaners. He said he would get someone. I waited and no one came. I had to ask another customer for help. :( When i got to the register of course tbere were not enough cashiers so I had to wait and wait to pay. You would think if people come in and spend their money one would think there would be enough cashiers without waiting!! Always the same. That is why I have started to visit other stores to buy my stuff.

this place is 35 miles away from my home in ky. out the door my groceries are 9.25% cheaper because there is no sales tax on groceries. the square footage of this store is about 35% more than the store in paris, tn, ergo coming here and buying 100$ worth of groceries is a wash as the savings pay for my gas. only downside is the travelling time. the upside is waaaaaay bigger selection.

Every employee here needs some serious training, but I think its the type of people and the area thats the problem. No one understands what customer service is. They lie and tell me a product is not there when Im looking online at the same time seeing that it is. They are lazy and refuse to do their job which is helping customers.

Walmarts logo is to bleed the wealth and jobs of your communities away. All profits slither away to arkansas and jobs seemingly to china. Where will they be if medicaid gets trashed which covers far more of their working poor employees then wallyworld does. Yall get what you deserve will be the end of this sad tale.

I just went in for a case of drinks and a box of cereal and I see this manager yelling at a girl right in front of everyone because she wasnt walking fast enough. She doesnt get paid enough to take that kind of abuse from Union busting, low paying company. Never going back.

Store cleanliness is excellent, employees are friendly. Can usually find what I need. Would have given 5 stars but my last few visits the produce section has been looking bad. And by that I mean the produce itself has been over ripe and rotten.

Now refunds or exchanges after 10pm. Sucks! I work during their "exchange" hours! Sure did take my money after 10pm for a defective deep fryer but wouldnt let me exchange it for one that actually works! Another reason to HATE WALMART!!!

Its Wal-Mart so dont get your expectations to high. Deli has poor hours and selection some times I go to other Wal-Mart locations in the area for deli as well as home goods.

Although we have a Walmart in our town, it is worth the 20 mile drive (one way) to go to this clean and friendly Walmart. It is probably the nicest Walmart I have been in.
