To be fair, they have a decent selection. But they are rude, their prices are high, and their customer service is nonexistent. Tried to go through the their drive-through with no one behind me - "theres a $3 minimum." "Sir, what Im asking for is literally right beside you, and theres no one behind me." They made me come in. Whatever, rules are rules I guess. Later, I called to asked for a price of an item, and they said they wouldnt tell me. No exaggeration. I asked if they had it, they said they did, but they flat refused to tell me the price. Just a couple of many examples. They are the most convenient shop to my house, but I refuse to go there. Decent selection, but cmon, were Louisville. We like local shops that earn their keep. These guys are assholes. Find somewhere else close and youll be way better off. Also, note that theres exactly one 5-star review; the rest are terrible.

The employees act like you are bothering them when you go here. Horrible customer service. They have a good selection but its clear this guy buys way too much inventory at a time. I bought beer once and when i got home i found it was expired. You can barely move when you go in because of the bulk of stuff everywhere. Everything is way too expensive. Ex. Jim Beam 750 ml $16.99 here and $14.99 just about everywhere else. I only go here when I am too lazy to go a couple miles down the road as this store is practically next door to me, however, their continued rudeness and high prices have cut my visits down to near zero. Much improvement needed here or it will go out of business. My guess is the more customers dwindle, the higher the prices will become, and the owner will never fix the true problems.

I used to frequent the store 2-4 times a week for years, years! After the owner "Sam" promised me because I was "a solid regular" he would hold a bottle for me when it arrived, when the bottle came in and he went to ring it up "because he was holding it for me buddy" but I wasnt expecting to pay $400 for a $80-100 dollar bottle....shame on him! Maybe its allot or maybe its not, spending $70-100 at least 3-4 times a week but I refuse to give him anymore of my money! This is the closets liquor store to my house, yet I would rather drive father to get the same products from someone else.....if the owner of buffalo trace were to walk in to his store and see his pricing I would hope they wouldnt send him anything else!!!!

Careful or he will try to rip you off big time. Ive been a customer there for over a year and a half, and the owner still wouldnt let me slide by if I was 25 cents short. If you are buying something that is 5 bucks, and give him a 20, make sure you get change for the 20 and not just a 10. He will even try to make you second guess yourself as if you gave him a 10. This doesnt just happen by accident once, its been many times.

The guy who runs this store (Tino) is from India and is a lying piece of garbage. He will tell you that he gets all the best deals if you spend money with him and then when its time for you buy something you have been waiting for he tells you he ran out (he probably never had it)! I would not waste my time or money buying from this guy. All of his stuff is overpriced compared to every other store in Louisville.

Decent selection, but youre much better off going to kroger wine and spirits. Because the price on the shelves are much more over priced. Many 10%-20%+ markups where as you might get 5%-10% reduction somewhere else. Were not in prohibition anymore. Rude employee making unsolicited for comments while I was looking at some bourbons. Higher room temperatures at this store...

I have not Been to the store in months since I moved but I used to live in Lynodn. You want to talk about fast service, I pull through the drive-through and the owner recognized my vehicle. He rang up the merchandise I generally used to buy from there and was ready before I even handed him my card to pay! You just got a love small business owners.

After ringing up my order for more than what the listed price was, I was told since I was using my debit card they charge more. I inquired where was the sign stating this... I was then told "we dont need a sign" Needless to say I did not buy anything and will not return to this store. Buyer beware!!!

There were so many options to choose from! Prices ranging from very cheap to $200 or more. There were types of alcohol in there that I havent seen anywhere else! The man in the front at the cash register was very nice and very helpful and knowledgeable!
