I order a Venti Caramal Iced Macchiato this morning, with SF syrup and heavy whipping cream. I get the same order every day. I got to the window to pay and the lady with the dark brown hair, pointy nose, and sunken eyes handed me a hot macchiato. I politely said "Oh! Mine was supposed to be iced!" She proceeds to roll her eyes and close the window. I wait for another 6 minutes for my drink that they got wrong. She opens the window and hands me a tall iced caramel macchiato. At this point my children are unhappy in their car seats because weve been waiting a ridiculously long time to an overpriced coffee drink. I just shake my head and take it. They still charged me the full amount of the Venti drink. Once I tasted it, I was even more angry. There was almost no coffee in it at all. They gave me a cup full of heavy whipping cream and ice. I am a regular customer there and am so disgusted by the baristas attitude considering they messed up my order twice; and the fact that they charged me $11 do a cup of heavy whipping cream. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks. Ill let Westport road handle all my money from now on since they seem to have a clue.

This has to be the slowest & rudest Starbucks Ive ever been to. When you have to wait more than 10 minutes after paying & watch them just stand around making rude comments on drive-thru customers instead of making your drink...then have to stop them& ask them to start making your drink? Or you wait & they make other customers drinks before yours even though you paid first? Or have your very simple apple cider made wrong then have to correct them only to have them say they will fix it at an additional charge? Yeah, that in my opinion is crappy service. They never smile or welcome you. No "have s gray day" "kiss my ass", nothing. They sling your drink across the counter, never any eye contact. I pass a Starbucks in Krogers that I could go to...and even pass up a mom & pop coffee shop that would love my money, just to go to this location. They need a serious attitude adjustment here. And forget telling the manager. Shes just as bad, always making excuses. Im very upset by this location.

Ordered my usual Starbucks order, tall pike with 4 sugars, for those that dont speak Starbucks, its black coffee in a cup with 4 sugars. The person on the speaker asked if I wanted cream, and I replied "no cream", and the person proceeded to up-sell, offering something to eat, which I replied "no". Drove around, paid $1.96, which I found unusual because it usually costs $1.86, and set the cup in the cup holder to let it cool before my first sip, and drove off. Got back on the highway, took my first sip, and it had cream in the coffee. They cannot put black coffee in a cup without getting it wrong! Its almost like karma, in their effort to up-sell me, they get the order wrong.

This Starbucks looks great from outside, however when you come in to order its another story. The store is unkempt and heaven forbid if you need to use the restroom! No toilet paper or paper towels were available for customer use. There was trash all over the floors and it looked as though no one had cleaned in there in a week. My frap tasted pretty good but had large chunks of ice that werent blended down. Luckily I dont live in the area and was just passing through! I would no longer be a Starbucks customer if that was my only option.

Nice store but your order is wrong 85% of the time. Specially through the drive thru.. Ordered a grande and received a tall. I certainly paid for the grande. Another time ordered a white mocha came without the white mocha.. Ordered one iced 2 weeks ago. Same thing, white mocha without the white mocha. They just make what they want you to drink and charge you what they want apparently.. Good luck waiting 18 minutes in a drive through you cant pull out of and you get the wrong drink or a crappy one at best!

We got to the drive thru at 530am. The Intercom said it was closed, but there was someone helping the guy in front of us. We went back around and got in line again to order once we realized they were open. With the initial car at the window and one truck in front of us, it took 7 minutes to get to the window and then we werent even acknowledged for the 4 minutes we waited at the window [for a plain coffee, muffin, and water]... We left without our order or even a glance in our direction.

Disappointing We were excited to find a Starbucks enroute in an out of the way location . That should have been my first clue. They were out of cold brew and another drink (cant remember which one). Very limited on healthy food choices. First ordered the turkey protein box, they were out. Ordered the bbq chicken protein box. It was terrible. It tasted like it had been sitting in a damp cooler for over a day. I love Starbucks but this location just didnt live up to expectations.

I dont know which Starbucks location these other reviewers are bashing, because the Crestwood store is on point. If they make a mistake they gladly fix it and own up to it. They are friendly and as quick as humanly possible. Sometimes they have a rough day (dont we all!), machines dont work, they are training new employees or systems are down, but they handle it with humility and grace.

I stop here on my way to and from Ohio visiting family from Nashville. Its the midway point on the 6 hour drive. Theyve always been nice no matter the hour ive been there. Small bits of grass so I walk my dog here and feed her and let her chill some. Even if im getting nothing but water for the pup and a bathroom break, ill continue coming here because of the politeness.

Good food, but just pulled away from the store after waiting forever because the guy working the drive through window chatted endlessly with someone in the car ahead of me (obvious they knew each other) while everyone else in the line, which wrapped around the building, waited. Not cool and not good customer service.

This place was packed but they had 4 people taking orders for the drive-thru, one inside cashier and one employee solely refilling supplies. Everyone worked hard and were on top of all the orders. Highly recommend this place and its staff! They did a superb job!!!

A great spot for a stop on the road home - not part of a gas station - and it has a drive through if you dont want to get out of the vehicle youre traveling in. A gas station is across the street, but cheaper gas is available at other stops along the highway.
