I love the staff, my drinks are always perfect. My complaint is this: I come here probably 3 days a week and they NEVER put the sleeve on my cup when I go through the drive thru. I pay $5 for coffee, so I shouldnt have to ask them to put the sleeve on my hot cup, they should just do it.

Everytime I go staff is friendly ask how I am and the coffee is great!! Id love to see more deals on coffee here Im always grabbing coffee on the go so that be helpful a little more deals on my favorite beverage to go!! But they do awesome job here in sturgis store!!

I am beyond satisfied with their coffee! As for the staff, they are very courteous and kind, as well as the environment. Even though the drive-through can be rather slow at times, it is well worth the wait!! Highly recommended:)

We LOVE the new Biggby in Sturgis! We live in Lansing and were in the area and stopped in. The staff was friendly and efficient. And the store manager, Angela answered all our questions. And, of course, the coffee was amazing!
