I work online so I frequent a lot of coffee shops in Louisville (including other Heine Bros locations.) I stopped by this location in the morning when dropping my car off and later that afternoon after picking it up. Both times my order was wrong (this has never happened to me before) and both times the expresso was pulled way too long and had a burned bitter taste. The wrap I got in the morning was also burned black in the middle. This location also just has a very sterile feel to it. Overall not a great experience, will be sticking to the Heine Bros on Frankfort for now.

I LOVE Heine Bros. Seriously cannot say enough good things about their coffee and drinks, and the staff here are always friendly and helpful. My only complaint with this location is that 3/4 of the time I go through the drive thru, they make my drink with regular milk instead of almond milk. Ill even confirm with them after I place my order, and it still happens. Having to wait for a new one isnt a big deal (and theyre always really apologetic), but if I dont realize in time, I end up with a drink I cant drink.

This place is very good. Heine brothers is a great place to get a drink and study. Their app is a nice thing where it bunches your purchases and charges at the beginning of the next month--helped me through some tight months haha. Best location is near the pharmacy school imo but, this one will do the trick. BTW one of their walls a garage door that lifts up so pretty tighty (Im a hip youngster)

Great atmosphere featuring both an open common area as well as a more secluded area for those that would like to work on their computer or read. Their outdoor patio isnt over the top however they have a modern design implemented to the building - a garage door that connects to the patio which is great on days with nice weather. P.S. The staff are pleasantly helpful.

Came for coffee and to study. Internet functionally non existent. Speeds were sub dialup (unless you count 7200 baud modems from 1989) and got kicked constantly. The problem is wifi interference but there is literally nothing near them to hog all the channels. They specifically chose a channel that would be interfered by both of the exactly two neighboring SSIDs.

The place has a very calm atmosphere and it helps me focus a lot when I do my homework and read there and the music is really good. I ordered tea and a coffee cake, both were delicious. I also love the giant garage door that opens when the weather is nice, it makes for such a soothing experience.

The atmosphere is calm and the staff is friendly. Never had any complaints. The only thing I would like to see improved on is a few more couches/comfy chairs that you can sit around with friends and be a bit more comfortable while socializing.

Oh yes. With an aesthetic atmosphere, I enjoyed just being there. The specialty drinks were great, but a little too sweet. Also, the barista failed to clean the steam wand after each use, so I can only imagine that he doesnt care. Big no-no

At 0800hrs this morning (May 2nd), I entered the drivethru with 2 cars in front of me. Ordered a large Americano. Took 15 minutes to get my drink. Coffee was good, but I dont have this kind of time to spend in a drivethru.
