Got a carbonated moscato wine and the cork had gotten wet and it broke off in the bottle and put crumbled cork all over in the bottle because it was soft from being wet. I called and asked if I could exchange the wine and the response was they have a no return policy. I said I dont want to return it I want to exchange. The employee finally said I could call my manager and see and you could call back in ten minutes ... I said yes that would be great. I call back and the employee says that the manager wants to see it first and I could bring it in tomorrow or tonight but I would have to leave my information and they would get back to me. I think this is terrible customer service the wine is bad just exchange it... ridiculous!! This is the last time I will ever give CB Liquor my business!
