Awesome Customer Service! I went to Play It Again Sports yesterday to look for 3 very different items. The gentleman that helped us was extremely knowledgeable in all 3 of the sports we needed supplies for. He knew his stuff! He spend a lot of time with us explaining and even encouraged my son to spend less money on an item. They carry both new and used items and both were very affordable. I will go to Play It Again Sports FIRST every time my family needs a sporting goods item! I hate the big box store up the street and now I feel like I have an alternative. Thanks for the excellent service, keep up the good work!

Every facet of my experience here has been great. Ive called ahead to ask what their current selection of things is, what they would interested in trade-in wise, etc. theyve always been polite and helpful. I recently stopped in to pick up a few hundred pounds of weight plates and every employee there was really helpful. They valued my trade-ins fairly, their used merchandise was in excellent condition, and every guy there helped carry the plates out to my car and wished me good day. Make this your first stop if you are in the market for gear.

Has good quality items, and a wide variety. They also have pretty good customer service, but they base their price off of Ebay. I found a pair of little toddler skates NEW at Total Hockey for $70 that were $100 used and very worn out at Play it Again. You either get one heck of a deal or an absolutely terrible one. Still, EBAY!!! People list jars of peanuts for thousands of dollars on Ebay.

Corridor Hockey

Absolutely the most helpful staff! I run Corridor Hockey Association and this is the ONLY place that we send our new players to get gear. They have a good selection of used gear that is reasonably priced, as well as new gear that is of good quality. The salespeople are knowledgeable and are always helpful to those just starting out :)

A Private User

The Play-it-Again guys are very nice and usually have some great used stuff for every sport our family is interested in... weve purchased new and used gear for baseball, football, skiing, snowboarding, wrestling, frisbee golf and more. I love this place.

Really disappointed in their service this week. We could not get help on Thursday, when we did they gave us wrong information. Returned on Friday to return merchandise and they offered us half what we paid. We wont be back.
