Went in for pre-workout cellucor C4. They highly recommended thier "alarm" made by Image Sports (BPI). They partner with GNC so the representatives push the product for sales commission. My fault for being stupid and falling for it. Anyways, the stuff is garbage, felt absolutly nothing. The rep said it was "super strong!" I am exchanging for something that acutally works later today. Im glad they have a money back gaurentee, but still need to make an extra trip over there, gas aint free.

They carry very few GNC Lean products compared to other GNC locations. They told me I could place an order for a specific product and that it would arrive on Tuesday with their regular shipments, which did not happen so I ran out of my product. Ultimately, had to get a refund and go purchase from another GNC location that had plenty of the product in stock. Very frustrated!!!

Went to return a Now diffuser because it worked only one day and the clerk said he didnt have the money to give a refund. Then suggested I go to another GNC. I sure will and my business!
