I went in to get some work done, and it is only partially finished I had to pay up front for a full tattoo even though it isnt finished its been 7 months since my tattoo was started I text and call the artist Brandon all the time, and he always says the same thing to call him later in the week or next week and he will look at his books. In my opinion since I have already paid for my tattoo I should be priority, but thats not the case with him. hes just a shady artist who doesnt seem to care about the customer especially since he already got my money. Now I am trying to find a good artist that could finish the tattoo where he left off. they finally got a hold of me and went over my tattoo again then told me to come back this fall to get it finished

This is the only place i will go to get anything done. Izzy,Jameela,Taylor,Cam and Churtch are AMAZING. I have had many piercings done by Churtch and i trust her with my life. She has done 2 microdermals, the bottom of my navel, my industrial, and upped my gauges for me. My friends and parents have had tattoos done by Jameela and Izzy and they are just phenominal. Jameelas artwork is so clean and precise, and Izzy is just amazing. I love the atmosphere of the shop, and i recommend lasting impressions to everyone all of the workers are very friendly, and very sociable. irefuse to go anywhere else.

Ill admit now I never got any work done here; I intended to get a detailed tattoo on my stomach but was dissuaded because of the body odor of the artist I had been steered towards. Very unprofessional, and there was no way I was going to be in close proximity to him for a few hours while he drilled ink into my stomach. Ive gotten a lot of work at Jaded Angel as well as Heroic Ink and I recommend these shops instead. Also, Izzy works at Heroic Ink now. Seems like every time an artist has a falling out with their current shop they seek employment at Heroic Ink.

This is unlike other shops, Usually the good shops will be assholes and ask you to wait or schedule appointment and deposit, but at this one they have great greeting. The guys said I needed to wait 2 hours to get tattoo after he saw what I wanted to get. I said I would wait. So he started working on mine only after 15 mins of waiting. The price for mine is pretty high, but it comes with great quality. I love my tattoo and Ill get my free touch up after a week or 2. Highly recommended. Brandon Kolby did mine.

Went to get a tattoo at this shop and the tattoo artist just took it as a joke even for the price I paid I expected a better looking tattoo the tattoo looks undone and not finished plus looks like I got it from a nonprofessional never will I step in that shop again.i would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for a detailed tattoo!! Jaded and heroic are way better.. Worst tattoo I have ever got from a shop I regret the experience a lot of mistakes can easily be seen even on the lining and shading.

I love this place. I got my septum done there and I was in there less then 30 minutes. Daniel is very kind and funny, I was relaxed the whole time. He told me exactly what I should expect while he was piercing it, while he was doing it, while healing and what rings to use. Recommend them for all piercings!!

Brandon did a multicolored, shaded peony on my forearm today. Its stunning. His work is precise, his demeanor is professional and I was thrilled with the outcome. Its a gift to myself for my 60th birthday, a rather permanent one at that. My thanks to Lasting Impressions for hiring talent like Brandon!

I got my tongue pierced yesterday. As soon as I got home and looked at it, I could tell it was crooked. I had to take it out today because it was so badly swollen and bruised. I have had my tongue pierced before and I was never in this much pain. Completely disappointed.

everything went smooth. Didnt have to wait an hour and a half for an opening of a script tattoo. Like another place in Ames and felt very welcomed.
