Rude to customers, uppity over second hand clothes, and merchandise insult you and treat youre like a thief, follow you around the store give you dirty looks of suspicion, this is not a store for people of color though people of color are staffed there they treat other people of color as if you are beneath them and then they go and cater to the "majority" with politeness my experiences were not good shopping in this store and I wont be shopping there again.

Profits go to the Julian Center a very worthwhile organization helping woman. With that said I encourage whoever is in charge of this location to be mindful that the shop is not always run properly. My second time in to support a good cause. Made a special trip to purchase but not made to feel that my effort to buy from the store was valued. I will be back and hope that my experiences were just a wrong place at wrong time situation.

I have found stuff here before but its so hard to so hard to shop here. Ive stopped by several times after work (before they close) and the door is already locked. Sometimes its too busy to shop on the weekends. I understand wanting to get people out quickly at close but to lock the doors 15min before is just overkill.
