Manager is rude and selective. She shops on the job and have been loading things in her vehicle while on the job. Sometimes takes things from the back instead of putting it out in the store. She goes as far removing items off the shelf that would be less price on the weekend. Worse manager seen here do far. Doesnt honor prices that are posted like most other store, nor does she apologize for having wrong price up.

terrible place to go ,nothing is worth buying here went to look for some bar atolls for my breakfast bar and was lucky to find a decent stoll went to pay the cashier (micheal) asked my name then started to ask my partner where he was from what state in mexico then askd if he was nice thwn wanted me to interpwt what he was saying very inapporite it is none of hia business i will never shop here again

Small but important point if you are shopping for clothing--they tag much of it an a way that makes it impossible to try on. Barb through both sides of the waistband, through both sides of a sleeve etc. so you cant put the garment on without popping the tag string and/or tearing a hole. They wont sell items that dont have tags, so I do not buy much clothing here.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD! I HAD TO WAIT FOR FEW MINTUES JUST TO PAY FOR MY ITEMS. THEY HAD THIS BELL RANGE IT STILL HAD TO WAIT NEVER AGAIN GOING TO THIS STORE! THE CASHIER DIDNT EVEN APPOLOGIZE FOR MAKING ME WAIT AFTER I RANGE THE BELL.

Thrift Store that has become not-so-thrifty. $189 for a beat up couch. Manager says "thats a deal" when asked about the price. The prices here used to be great, now they are absurd. This place is now off of my visit list.

Their used furniture is more expensive than what I could buy new at department stores, and most of their other items look like they spent 25+ years in a dusty storage unit.

Love this store. One of my most favorite places to shop in Indy. :-) And their prices are so much better than GW. I have found alot of great bargains there. :-)

Nobody does it better! Found a great Hawaiian shirt for 2 bucks! A needed helmet, for 8. Store is clean, they are helpful when you drop off too.

Lots of clothes. It seems they did away with most of their electronics department. Rarely if ever is their any silverware here.
