Very nice people when i went in to sign up. They talked me into paying 10 bucks for a better model which is complete junk and nobody can understand me when I call them. I get it that things happen but now I havent been able to reach anyone for help. I either get a machine or busy signal--even at corporate...I should have listened to everyone else and went with assurance wireless!
