I went in to get my simple , Tea drink. There was no line , but it still took them over 5 minutes to even great me and take my order. Thats a long time and would make anyone upset , then 15 minutes later I seen my drink ( because its pink & very noticeable ) sitting in the drive thru orders. It took another 10 minutes before I even got my drink. I will not ever go to this location again. Unfriendly staff , horrible service!!!!

Obviously the coffee is good because its Starbucks..... But these employees are just so rude. Ive never seen such an experience at a Starbucks but they were just nasty to customer after customer. I understand it can be a stressful job but being rude to customers is never acceptable. Most, but not all of them were being rude, but the girl with pink / purple hair was just nasty to customers.

This location definitely needs some help. The lines are always extremely long (15-20 min+) and then most of the time the drinks arent made correctly, thus having to wait even longer for it to be remade. I totally understand that drinks are made to order but they obviously need to hire additional staff and train the current more in depth.

Expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru during busy times. The bad part about this location is that you are stuck once you are in line. They really need to relocate because its a disservice to its customers that you cannot get out of line with a curb and the Bob Evans parking lot on the immediate right side of the store.

Drive thru is extremely long. 20 minutes waiting in line for coffee. Having food on the menu is making the waiting time even longer. Growing frustrated with the long wait time. I would suggest going inside if you are ordering food so the drive thru line for those who need to be at work can get in and out quicker.

You may have to sit in a short lived line to order or receive your drink, although anyone that knows Starbucks it is typically like this and worth it, if you go in the first place. The girls on staff are sweethearts and dont ever forget to tip your baristas! They make your drinks to order especially for you!

Slowest. Starbucks. Ever. There is always a line in the morning and evening. Wait time for the drive thru is typically at least 10 minutes. Ordering ahead through the app isnt any better. The estimated wait time was exceeded and my drink was made wrong. Please schedule more help during peak times!

Been here a couple of times...the girl doing the drinks was distracted chatting up with customers. Waited for my drink a while. She prepared drinks for 3 customers that came in after me. Other aspects of the store are ok, but clerks need to be less distracted when making drinks.

This place is horrible. They need someone from corporate to come down and train everyone on HOW to make proper espresso drinks. These drinks are not cheap at all so they should KNOW what they are doing and HOW to do it properly. They are rude too. Long lines all the time.

Visited here again and again, always very friendly people and excellent service. My wife sometimes order a drink and stay here for half days reading book. I would recommend here to all of you. Also try to avoid peak hour since you really need to wait a while.

A classic Starbucks with typical fare. Under great management, and very popular. It is unfortunately small and noisy, so there isnt as much space to meet or relax as larger stores. Still, this is a good place to get fast and consistent coffee drinks.

This location is the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to and a couple of the employees literally have no idea what they are doing. They charged me for soy when Im not supposed to be (iced coffee). I have to correct them every time.

Starbucks is Starbucks. Enjoy the food and drinks. The associates are okay if you know them. They seem to favor who they help for wait times. Ordered before two people and got my drinks last. Drive thru has very little wait time.

The drinks are great and baristas are friendly (my favorite one works here). However, every time you go to the drive thru its never less than a 20 minute wait minimum. They are very staffed but are incredibly slow!

Dirty store, Bad service and long lines that move at the "speed of smell." If you want a true Starbucks experience, go to the one by IUPUI on 11th. That team is like a NASCAR pit crew. Fast, friendly and efficient.

There is a clear disconnect between what you order and what the Barista makes. She was able to correct it but even that wasnt quite right. Im not a super picky person. But I do like to get what I order.

Im a diehard fan of Starbucks, but they run out of the bistro boxes too early. I wish they had another Starbucks closer to I-465 and Kentucky Ave., like near the Walmart Neighborhood Market

Excellent staff, and of course its Starbucks so most all of their liquids are top notch! Free Wifi service, great atmosphere. A little pricey, but thats normal for most Starbucks.
