Brilliant. This place is great for anyone and everyone. Drinks are unique and taste really refreshing. The only thing better than the drinks is the design of the place, it is family friendly in the summer and just really cool. I mean the attention to detail is awesome, the bar in interesting, the barstools are made out of what looks like a solid tree, the shelves are so cool I want to get them at my house! And lastly, the best part about this place is the service. People just really want to help you out, and with whatever. Not just finding a fun new drink, but also helping you around Bloomington, telling you about the university, sharing fun facts about Indiana, and giving patrons some history about why the owners chose to do this they way they did. Go visit here, I promise you will like it.

I had a chance to do a tour at Cardinal Spirits over the weekend and I left very impressed. Logan did a great job going over distillation and how they make their liquor. By taking a higher quality cut from the process, the alcohol has a better finish and cleaner experience. This was confirmed when we got to sample just about everything they produce and I was pleasantly surprised just how good it is... the cocktails too. The fact they are moving into single malt territory is awesome and I can hardly wait. The only problem is picking which bottle to drink. I totally recommend a tour here.

What a great find! While walking the B-Line trail in Bloomington, my wife and I needed a restroom and a drink. We found this little neighborhood place and were pleasantly surprised. They have some great mixed drinks and some very cool appetizers. We didnt eat a full meal, we just had the meat plate and it was perfect for a late evening snack with our refreshments. They dont serve beer, only mixed drinks with their own spirits, but they were so good we ended up buying a couple bottles to use at home. Well worth the time!

The bartenders here are extremely charismatic and helpful. They jump on any opportunity to help you choose a drink or sample different liquors. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, and the place is clean as a whistle. I highly recommend coming on a weekend morning from 10-2 for the brunch. Its one of the best things about this place. They also utilize a local food truck and the coffee shop down the street for some of their food and drinks. Great local place to come hang with your friends.

Great atmosphere (big patio outside) and fun drinks. The bartenders are always creating something new with the various distilled products. Definitely locally-minded and they do collaborations with other local businesses like Hopscotch (boozey coffee) and Chocolate Moose (boozey ice cream) and host some events. There is a food truck that can serve you food. It is right off the B-Line near Hopscotch. There is very, very limited parking. Prices differ during brunch hours.

Some of the best gin Ive ever had. The rest of the spirits hold up quite well, though Im not the biggest fan of the rum. However, where Cardinal stands out is in the mixed drinks it provides. Innovative, and continually coming up with new drinks, they have produced some of the best balanced spiced cocktails Ive ever had. The only thing that is better than the mixed drinks is the attitude of the staff. It is Bloomingtons best placed for mixed drinks.

Fell in love with this place! Perfect place for a quiet relaxing afternoon with a friend. Not much of a liquor person, but their cocktails are satisfying to all types of taste buds. Mature relaxed crowd. Their menu offers yummy and unique appetizers and a variety of cocktails. Cant wait to go back to do the VIP tour of the distillery as well as hear the live music they offer from time to time!

The cocktails are good but a little pricey. The drink menu rotates seasonally. They also just opened their own kitchen, but it was a little sad to see the partnership with the food truck end. Overall, this is a great place. The Moscow mules are one of my favorites and you can always order standard cocktails off menu. And, if the weather is nice you can bring your dog and sit outside!

Cardinal spirits is a wonderful place to stop in for a drink, or grab a bottle for the house. Just tried their honey schnapps, and the flavor of the honey/mead just floats to the top. Cant wait to try a few cocktails with it. Nice variety of spirits are offered, and they keep adding more. Cant wait to see what comes next.

The location is almost too convenient for me to stop in for an after-work cocktail! The taco truck is a nice touch as well! Im not a liquor aficionado, but thankfully the first time I came in here, the bartender helped me out and let me sample a couple things before choosing a drink. I also love supporting a local spot!

L-O-V-E-D it here! This place was unlike any bar Ive ever been to in Bloomington. The mood here is chill, the drinks are scrumptious, and the staff is very accommodating. I sometimes dream about their spirited ice creams and tacos from the nearby food truck. If I still lived in Bloomington, Id go there every day.

Delicious homeade drinks in a very clean environment with friendly staff! Was very impressed with their drinks and even bought their coffee liquer! Great spot for locals and tourists alike. The drink prices were very fair with unique flavors and quality of their drinks.

I was very excited to try a local gin, but this is pretty horrible. I like gin with just a little ice. It tasted like fingernail polish remover. No nuance, just in your face perfumey turpentine. I poured it out and I am getting rid of it. A big disapointment.

Theyre not going to make everything you want, but the things they do make, they make great. All liquors are made in house in Bloomington Indiana. The old fashion was done right with a decent whiskey, but not a quality Bourbon...they are still working on that.

Its clear that these drinks are carefully crafted. They take pride in their liquors and thoughtfully choose mixers for each cocktail. The menu rotates seasonally, so its hard to get bored with this place (but also hard to keep ordering a drink you love).

Interesting place. I am not a mixed drink guy, but they had some really good drinks on the menu. I was very surprised. The staff was extremely friendly and there is a food truck right on the premises. Definitely worth trying.

My favorite cocktails in Bloomington! I just bought two bottles of the incredible Nocino too!! The Matcha Man and Milk Punch are the current must haves on the menu
