Found a wonderful chair we wanted but the manager said someone had taken the bottom half of the tag. They had until close of business that day (Friday) to claim it. He wouldnt let us wait until closing and pay $70 to buy it if the person didnt show, said we had to come back the next day (which was half price Saturday.) We were there first thing but a lady ran ahead of us and tore off the new tag. She said she took the tag the day before so she could come back and get it for half price. CHEATING. And no one seemed to care. We would have paid her whatever she wanted for the chair (within reason) but she was too busy gloating to give us a chance. THATS what happens when management doesnt care enough to make sure its customers are being treated fairly. He said she had until close of business the night before so there was NO reason he couldnt have sold it to us at closing. For the FULL price. Not only did we miss out on the first piece of furniture for our new living room, but Goodwill missed out on getting the full price for it.

While waiting to check out, the girl at the counter was talking to her co-worker even though she saw me waiting to check out. When she finally got finished, she was still gossiping. In between comping her gum and bad mouthing some girl from the party last night, she messed up my credit card order, and it took a manager 4 min to come out to the floor. The girls name was britani if anyone wondered. I love this store however.

Have shopped many Goodwills over the years, but prices are marked absurd on some items as of recent. $10 picture frame for $30 as example. New person in back marking items as if premium antique store instead of donated items, even too high on 50% off Saturdays.

Very difficult to get them to hold an item. Once I was able to secure a truck for my roll top desk, the guys were nice about helping me load it. They just wouldnt hold it longer than. 9 the next morning.

I usually feel sad when I walk in here, as I do at most Goodwills, but the employees are nice. They didnt have much selection at all for small shirts and size 30 pants, so I didnt find what I needed.

Tried to drop couple bags off before 9 as worker was standing in doorway ..he then shut and locked door..I just threw my bags in dumpster at work..
