As the manager for The UPS Store in York, PA, I was extremely impressed with this store when I needed help producing an unusual print job. The owner, Sean, very quickly came to my rescue and the print specialist, Hannah, helped me produce a life-size standee for my customer. They were able to prepare my print file, print the standee, and send it across the U.S. in a very quick time. A slight issue arose, and they were very quick to help me get it resolved. Its not every day that two The UPS Store locations, 700 miles apart, get to work together. But it is without a doubt, that this store knows what theyre doing with unusual print jobs, and are very quick to help no matter how far away their customer is. 100% recommend this store for any of your printing needs. They are fantastic.

I run a local non profit and i never knew the UPS Store in Hubbard Woods did any printing. I always thought they only shipped things. They recently printed 2 huge banners and made 2,000 color booklets for our event in Chicago and it was outstanding. The print quality was absolutely gorgeous and the price was amazing. They charged us 50% less than what Kinkos or Staples quoted me. Even better, they had it ready within 2 days. Plus, their were very friendly and professional.

I went it to ship out a huge mirror and picture frame and the guy at the counter was super helpful! First of all, they helped me take it out of the car. Secondly, they packed it perfectly- both things arrived safe and sound. My mother received it in perfect condition! Also, the price was reasonable! I went to Propak first and they wanted to charge me 3 times what the UPS Store charged me. I would defnitely recomment using them! They were all extremely nice and helpful!

Nicole was the most incredible person I have ever interacted with at a UPS store. She went above and beyond to speak with me during my time in the store, and she did so in a kind manner that made me truly only want to go to this particular UPS store in the future. Nicole was AMAZING.

Total RIPOFF ... called this store for a quote for a big, heavy package then called another UPS store for a quote on the second package, the Winnetka store quoted me almost DOUBLE (75% more) ... RIPOFF is an understatement ....

Little Gem -- Great service, incredibly nice people. I shipped 5 heavy boxes to Florida and was cheaper here than other places. Terrific resource for the community.
