Horribly understaffed and inexperienced pharmacy department. On several occasions we ran into delays when staff did not take doctors prescriptions over the phone and did not bother to check voicemail but told us doctor never called wasting a day in treatment. Many other cases when simple things takes hours and not minutes as you would expect.
