DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY EVER!!! You can never get ahold of them on the phone. Be prepared to wait for over an hour. They always have long wait times. Ive even had the pharmacy on Irving Park Road and Barrington tell me that they are notorious for not answering their phone. They dont know what they are doing and they dont know regulations through the state regarding controlled substances. I had a brand new prescription and they were trying to tell me that I had to wait until later in the month to get it filled because I had picked up my last prescription on that date. The new prescription was for an increase in dosage, so I would be taking more pills throughout the day and therefore would be running out sooner and would be able to fill the prescription right away. (Walmart and CVS had no problem doing so). So, after explaining this to the pharmacist, they finally realized what was happening. I had just had in absolutely horrifying experience at the Walgreens down the street so I decided to try CVS after realizing these people did not know what they were doing either. This company as a whole is going downhill and has done nothing but disappoint and discourage me. I have been embarrassed, belittled, made out to be a drug abuser, screamed at by men (pharmacists), had my private information shouted across the store, and shrugged off by administration at the district office! So, I am done with Walgreens for life and I suggest that you are, too. I know every store and employee are different, but the company as a whole is absolutely horrible and I have had too many negative experiences at too many different Walgreens. I find that CVS is much, much better. Do me this one favor and just try CVS one time and compare it to the service you receive at Walgreens and I guarantee you it will be by far top notch. Cmon the employees cant even stand Walgreens. Why should the customers? I will not go back if my life depended on it!

Absolute worst, most unprofessional pharmacy Ive ever experienced in my life. I will avoid this pharmacy at all costs despite the fact that it is right around the corner from my house. The male pharmacist felt it appropriate to make jokes during quite the inappropriate time for jokes. Do I expect you to act like a robot? No, but I would definitely expect some professional courtesy.

This is my nearest Walgreens. I go there a lot. I get all my prescriptions filled from here. On multiple occasions the female employees at the Photo corner have been rude and snubby. I will never use the photo corner at this locations anymore. Maybe I will switch my Pharmacy also to another walgreens locations.

This pharmacy has done everything from lose my scripts, split scripts they cant leaving me without medications, and if you want to get through to ANYONE, you better be prepared to wait an hour and a half because they dont give a **** that youre waiting on the phone. This place needs to be looked into.

Everyone is so friendly the first thing they do as you walk in is greet you with a smile. Meena and linda at the cosmetic department are so helpful when you need their help to make a decision about makeup or perfume love the choices of perfumes and cologne much to choose from..

24 hour drive through pharmacy is the best in the area. A word of caution if you have a liquid prescription, use the window and not the tube lane or they wont send it and you will have to get back in line.

Its very convenient that its open 24/7. Sometime staff seems a little slow, but otherwise its a nice overall experience.
